12/04/2026: On Saturday evening, I dined at this restaurant, ordering the gourmet pizza with beef tartare and truffle. The disappointment was immediate: the truffle, advertised as a quality ingredient, was simply preserved in oil, not freshly grated or shaved, as one would expect from a high-quality product. But the far more serious problem arose the next day: full-blown food poisoning. This wasn't an isolated case; everyone at our table had the same symptoms, regardless of what they ordered. Even those who had chosen other pizzas, far removed from the tartare, suffered the same ailments. This inevitably broadens the issue: it's not just about the handling of raw meat, but the general hygiene conditions of the kitchen. The restaurant prides itself on the quality of its meat, but quality and food safety are two different things. We hope management will seriously review their internal procedures. A side note on quality: the carbonara pizza was essentially a pizza with an omelette on top. Anyone familiar with carbonara knows it's not exactly what you'd expect. I'm updating my review following the response I received: I'd like to attach photos of the pizza with the truffle shavings in oil, but Google doesn't allow it right now. Unfortunately, I don't have photos of the other pizza because it wasn't mine. Since you call me a visionary, do you have anything to add about the food poisoning at the table? I'd focus on that rather than the truffle shavings...

23/02/2026: Located on a somewhat hidden street, it's worth discovering. The summer area is lovely, as is the veranda, which is also used in the winter. The dishes are delicious and well-prepared. I'm not a pizza fan, and the "Non Solo Bar" always manages to change my mind. The desserts are beyond compare. Highly recommended.

The aroma wafting through my car after I buy a coffee bag for my moka pot is another pleasure. I highly recommend it. It's not easy to walk into a business, especially in Italy today, given the many demands, and see the passion for their work. They also offer other interesting products.

17/01/2026: Not to be repeated... frozen pizza... ordered two pizzas, a Margherita and a four-cheese one... practically the same, raw... without toppings, burnt slice, I went to the giant one, much better, disgusting, without a rating, terrible
