The Mantuan risotto alla pilota (grain-free) was excellent. The pork ribs were excellent. The only downside was the wine: the Mantuan Lambrusco wasn't great; there are better wineries...and we know a thing or two about wine, since we're from Mantua. The location is simple and welcoming, and parking is convenient. Recommended. ----- Update: We're back. Everything was excellent, even the new Lambrusco was good.

02/05/2026: There is not much to say and everything is perfect
24/04/2026: I've been there before, but I'd only tried their entrees. This time, however, I wanted to try their pizza, and I must say I really enjoyed it. Excellent price and quality. I'll be back. Parking is available either near the restaurant, which runs along the street, or on the opposite side of the street. On weekdays, the main dining room is packed with local workers, but there's a second dining room at the entrance. Very friendly staff. Fast service.

05/07/2026: excellent food, we came for the fried frogs and pumpkin ravioli and our expectations were not disappointed
27/06/2026: Smart to reserve ahead, no clue how. Showed up at 730 and was seated for about an hour. The food lived up to the hype. The service was excellent from our waiter. The house chrodonnay is fantastic, the cheese plate, the pumpkin pasta…
