The Mantuan risotto alla pilota (grained) was excellent. The pork ribs were excellent. The only downside was the wine: the Mantuan Lambrusco they offered wasn't great; there are better wineries...and we know a thing or two about wine, since we're from Mantua. The location is simple and welcoming, and parking is convenient. Recommended.

A truly serious restaurant. They serve dishes prepared with high-quality local products. Their pursuit of quality is their strong point. The dishes are simple but of the highest quality. Prices offer a great value for money.

I've been going there for many years, and I always find the food excellent, the service very friendly, and the service impeccable. They also have an excellent cheeseboard, something that's unfortunately quite rare these days.
