04/02/2024: One star because... Two slices of take-away pizza with average seasoning for 23 euros for a total of about half a kg... Discreet taste without praise or infamy but at that price you are sitting in an average restaurant. First and last time

30/01/2024: One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! Delicious doughs and worth mentioning is the charcoal one which is phenomenal! Owner helpful and kind. Very fair price and high quality ingredients on the pizzas.

05/07/2024: Per diversi motivi da qualche tempo manco in questo magnifico ristorante. Ero preso dala sensazione di grave carenza per la squisita cucina di Luigi, del suo buon gusto e della sua capacità veramente unica di saper trattare il pesce che qui comunque è sempre fresco. Risotto al nero di seppia con gamberi, scampi e quell'impareggiabile inserto dolce e profumato ( con questo gusto non si trova da nesssuna parte) , fritto di scampi e gamberi che sembra neanche impanato. accompagnato acqua e zenzeroda . Squisito il bicchiere di Traminer. Prezzo conveniente

07/08/2024: Excellent and delicious dinner. We found it to be a particularly busy evening, but despite this, the service was still quite quick, with friendly and helpful staff; the place was really welcoming, with soft lights and music that goes well with tasting the dishes. We took a portion of pumpkin ravioli each, definitely making the right choice; all the ingredients of the dish were produced by them or in any case locally. It was a unique experience for the palate, refined and delicate flavour. We then concluded with a truly excellent tiramisu and chocolate salami. Highly recommended experience, and excellent value for money.

26/08/2024: Abbiamo chiesto con locale semivuoto di aver 1 tavolo diverso da quello assegnato dove la veranda non fosse chiusa. Richiesta accolta con grande disappunto di 1 cameriera. Sono state prese le comande a 3 gruppi di clienti arrivati dopo di noi. Ci siamo alzati e mai più arrivederci. Peccato perché le pizze sembravano davvero invitanti

20/07/2024: Amazing ice cream, even the water-based ones! Even the granitas are delicious, you can feel the quality of the raw materials. Since I discovered this ice cream shop it is the only one I go to, both for the ice cream and for the staff, Milena and her colleagues who are all very kind.

10/08/2024: Discovered while passing through Pegognaga thanks to the good reviews on maps, I confirm that I was pleasantly surprised by this ancient village tavern both for the truly interesting menu offering for the quality of the proposals, and for the attentive and friendly service and finally for the location with large external veranda and very refined furnishings. Delicious fish au gratin, excellent sea bass and praise for the ice cream with chocolate peach. Balanced bill with house bitters offered. I am very happy to still find passionate and competent restaurateurs in our lands like at the village inn. Well done.

Authentic food and flavours, impeccable and friendly service, very high quality and adequate prices. The cellar is an ovation to the passion for excellence: wines from all over Italy.
