19/08/2025: I'm from Mantua, and I knew the place when it was a lounge bar, then I passed it by for years. Tonight I tried the burger with my wife and we were very pleased. Simple burgers but with very careful ingredients and very expensive. The waiters were young and friendly. A lovely dinner!

19/10/2025: I stopped at this place to buy "Fugasi," a typical product of this area. The owner was very kind and helpful. We then ate it at home, stuffed with cured meats and cheeses, and it was quite good. Worth a try.

19/10/2025: To spend a different Sunday, we went to the Mantua outlet (Land of Fashion) to eat. We stopped at Panepiero and were greeted by a very kind gentleman who explained the menu to us and seated us. We ate excellent riso alla pilota, pumpkin tortelli, sautéed chicory with Calabrian chili pepper at our request, sbrisolona cake with added custard, and coffee. It was a wonderful experience, and I will return and recommend it. The staff was fast, kind, and professional. Congratulations, very good, and see you soon.

07/09/2025: This morning we stopped for breakfast.... unfortunately I was not satisfied with the service

06/09/2025: Excellent pastry shop, no complaints about the quality and deliciousness of the desserts, truly superb. I'm not giving it a fifth star because of the ambiance, which is unfortunately slowly being transformed, losing the charm and personality that characterized it in the past. The central entrance hall is the most beautiful: fortunately, it's still the original one, dating back to the complete renovation about fifteen years ago, when the pastry shop was still called Viennoiserie. The small room on the left was originally a successful mix of modern and antique—I remember the old cupboards on the walls—and was meticulously decorated: high-quality designer materials, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, clearly the result of the work of a true architectural firm. Now, however, all that remains of that furniture are a few modern chairs and the iconic blue chandelier. The rest has been completely overturned: the space has become ugly and anonymous, with the addition of some cheap (think of the new tables) or out-of-place (the two wooden chairs) elements. Even the now dim lights contribute to the station cafe atmosphere. For a while, they had large photos of their desserts hanging there; fortunately, they've been removed, though the walls are now completely bare. The room on the right, opened by the new management, is certainly better than the other room in terms of decor and atmosphere, but it still feels a bit cold, lacking any particular charm or personality.

26/08/2025: One of the best cafes in Mantua (there aren't many). The lottery shop is very popular and it seems to bring good luck.

21/08/2025: The waitress is very pleasant, the owner is very unfriendly. They couldn't be more tacky. We ordered two coffees to go, and they covered them with two tiny pieces of aluminum foil. Of course, they spilled them on the street and we got dirty, all to save a few cents on a tapa. As I said, very tacky. I'd rather pay a little more and get a tapa like the rest of the places in Mantua. Another day we went for a drink, and they wouldn't serve us because they were closing and it was an hour away.

02/12/2025: Terrible experience – never again at Tram Vai! I left feeling really furious. The meat arrived burned, inedible, and tough as a shoe. The rest of the food was rubbery, like stale food reheated in the microwave at the last minute. The portion of potatoes? Ridiculous, meager, and just there to fill the plate. Honestly, for a place that should have some sort of quality, it was awful. A waste of money. I'll never go back, and I sincerely hope they improve, because this is truly shameful. One star because you can't give zero.

01/12/2025: You can eat good chicken, the dining room is nice in western style, but it lacks a bit of "warmth"

04/12/2025: We went to the drive-thru and the girl working there greeted us rudely, even getting the drink wrong. When we politely pointed out the mistake, she responded by huffing and giving us a dirty look after lip-syncing to her colleague, "What more do these guys want?" Furthermore, one of the sandwiches in the bag was completely out of its box and completely open in the bag. After receiving our order, we sat down inside the shop. A guy we'd seen in the kitchen walked by us, taking a video of us with a flashlight, which was hard to spot (smart).

09/07/2025: The bar is very beautiful and welcoming, very clean, a place for guaranteed relaxation ☺️ The owner of the bar is very kind, helpful, friendly, offers many varieties of breakfast / aperitif, the quality of the food is very good and the price ratio is normal, I highly recommend it to everyone! ❤️
