04/09/2025: I'll start with the price, 160 for four. The price tag is high. The sushi is quite tasty. The soy sauce ran out quickly. Wasabi and ginger seem to be for one person, very little. Although I asked if we should order it.

20/05/2025: As for the "bar" section at the entrance of the store, I strongly advise against having breakfast here. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant, you can find many vegan and non-vegan options, BUT the products on display, especially the desserts, are absolutely mediocre and at EXORBITANT prices, definitely too high if you consider the quality, furthermore nothing confirms that only organic raw materials are used in all the preparations (something that may not matter to everyone, but it is certainly worth highlighting given the identity of the store.) The positive note goes to the bread and baked goods, which are very good, they still cost a kidney but are certainly more deserving of praise than the pastry shop.

05/10/2025: After 4 years, I'm updating the review, not the rating. This time I tried to place an order from the McDonald's app, specifically a special offer exclusively for McDrive on a Saturday night after midnight (so, let's say, Sunday). On the app, at around 12:20 AM, with location enabled, it obviously connected to this branch. I selected the offer, chose the pickup method: McDrive (the only one available on Saturdays 24/7, it said from 7:30 AM to 7:29 AM), McDrive night menu from 11:00 PM to 5:59 AM, so we were more than on time. I went to checkout and it gave me an error... it can happen, right? Worst case scenario, I'll just tell him over the intercom. He could have told me there was a malfunction and that there was no alternative but to place a "classic" order and pay full price. It can happen. But no. The employee says to me, "Well, we're closed on the app, that's why it's an error." To which I reply that wasn't true, that I came here because it said the app was open. And here comes the Mona Lisa of responses: "We don't respond to the McDonald's app." I can't see them anymore, how can you respond like that? So who responds to the app? I don't know, 7-Eleven? Chick-Fil-A? A local pizzeria? It's like having an Audi. When you have a problem, you take it to the Audi dealership and they tell you they don't deal with Audis. Seriously? So it made me realize that if I order through their app, with the location tracking active and connected to this branch, they don't respond to the order. You guys are truly pathetic. I tried to come back to you four years after another episode, but now, after this, I'm convinced I'll never go back, and I'm just as happy as you are that I'm not seeing you anymore, thankfully. Service: 0

01/10/2025: The environment is very very dirty, it wouldn't hurt to have an extra smile from the staff who almost seem annoyed by the customer.

04/10/2025: I placed two orders at the drive-thru with two different receipts. While preparing the order, the very kind woman got stuck and asked for help. Another woman with a foreign accent and black hair arrived and was immediately rude, not even saying "good evening." She rushed through the order, throwing everything in the bag as if it wasn't food but toys. Once she was finished, she almost threw it into my car. Unexpected things can happen and mistakes can happen, but there are ways and ways, and almost throwing the bag with the food inside isn't the best.

02/10/2025: I took 2 Happy Meals for the children and they arrived with burnt toast......I kindly asked to change them and they started saying that they come out like this.........something missing from the menu that I had to wait 30 minutes to bring me the toast and a bottle of water that was missing!

19/08/2025: I'm from Mantua, and I knew the place when it was a lounge bar, then I passed it by for years. Tonight I tried the burger with my wife and we were very pleased. Simple burgers but with very careful ingredients and very expensive. The waiters were young and friendly. A lovely dinner!

19/10/2025: To spend a different Sunday, we went to the Mantua outlet (Land of Fashion) to eat. We stopped at Panepiero and were greeted by a very kind gentleman who explained the menu to us and seated us. We ate excellent riso alla pilota, pumpkin tortelli, sautéed chicory with Calabrian chili pepper at our request, sbrisolona cake with added custard, and coffee. It was a wonderful experience, and I will return and recommend it. The staff was fast, kind, and professional. Congratulations, very good, and see you soon.

01/10/2025: I haven’t posted a review since a long time. But I think this place deserves one! In a slightly boring part of Italy, this restaurant offers some of the best beef/steak experience I’ve recently had. The carpaccio was amazingly tender and flavourful, without any complicated toppings. And the Ribeye was just perfectly cooked and refreshingly light on seasoning. The beef gave all its flavour. On top of that they offer some of the best wines of Italy at still an attainable price.

28/09/2025: Poor value for money. A small, provincial restaurant that pretends to be a high-end restaurant—a real disappointment. Not recommended.

25/10/2025: I had a coffee here, but I have to admit it wasn't good. The service was polite and helpful. There are tables outside, and it's comfortable and quiet.

16/09/2025: They should add more varieties of savory food... good service and a nice terrace.

10/10/2025: I've always ordered home delivery, but I've never actually gone in. They always answer the phone right away, are very friendly, and never get my order wrong. They always deliver on time. The pizzas arrive hot, are very tasty and easy to digest, and the dough is thin, just how I like it. No complaints so far. I'll continue to order from them!

02/10/2025: Very tasty pizza 9/10, fantastic kebab and they make the bread with the pizza dough 10/10. You don't have to pay for the cover like in most places. Fantastic.

11/05/2025: Siamo stati accolti nel migliore dei modi pur non avendo prenotato (di questi tempi è quasi un obbligo). Pranzo ottimo! Abbiamo provato la cipolla caramellata...davvero squisita assieme ad altre verdure grigliate, e due primi tipici: tortelli alla zucca e agnoli ripieni di carne. Eccezionale il servizio, rapido e cortese. Rapporto qualità-prezzo molto buono.

08/05/2025: In visita a Mantova con amici e famiglia abbiamo avuto il piacere di pranzare in questo ristorante. Inizialmente siamo rimasti un po’ spaesati per il fatto di non avere un vero e proprio menu dal quale scegliere, ma una volta capito il sistema ci siamo tranquillizzati. Una volta seduti è arrivato subito da mangiare, tutto buonissimo e anche con delle quantità abbastanza generose. Il personale è il proprietario sono molto cordiali ed educati, anzi, scherzavano con i bimbi. Speso il giusto.
