McDonald's In Mantova

I went to McDonald's today, and the experience was pretty much what I expected. I ordered everything via the app, so as soon as I arrived, I just had to confirm my order number: convenient, quick, and hassle-free. The place was average, clean enough, tables set, and no unpleasant incidents. The service was quick, the staff courteous and attentive enough to make everything run smoothly. The food, as always, is the most predictable part, but also the one that satisfies: a hot sandwich, crispy fries, and that "classic McDonald's" flavor you look for when you decide to go there. It's nothing special, but it's exactly what you expect. Overall, a peaceful visit: good for a quick break, no surprises, and with the usual reliability of the brand.

The food is average, but not among the best Mac stores. Service leaves much to be desired, the staff is inattentive and often gets orders wrong. The atmosphere lately has been filled with incredibly low-class people, rude kids, and a huge lack of humility. Stores should remove people like that.

Convenient location also because there's a hypermarket next door, as well as Brico and Decathlon, and even a nice cinema. In short, it's convenient for grocery shopping, and when you're short on time or running late, you can stop for lunch at McDonald's or Old Wild West. Watch out, guys and girls who work at McDonald's! Today I had a McWrap and the bacon was practically raw. Being pork, it's really dangerous for your health. BEWARE!

As I always say, for a quick stop, nothing to complain about. The only question is: is the chain the same throughout the Mantua area? I noticed that at the Mac in Curtatone, on the special menu, the Coke is in a small glass, while at other Macs the glass is large, as are the fries: small in the first one, larger in the others. I don't know. I still have this doubt.

The food was good, very good, and the service was acceptable. The atmosphere was very rustic.

I went in the late afternoon with a friend. The place was practically empty, so it was pretty quiet compared to the usual hubbub you can hear during rush hour. So far, so good, except that the silence amplified the hysterical and humiliating screams of the manager on duty. She was a twenty-five-year-old, tops, with glasses and red lipstick, and a hint of "power" had gone haywire. My friend and I felt extremely uncomfortable and mortified for the other employees who were being yelled at for no reason: "Are you even making this toast?!" If you want to wake up and bring me things here, that's even better! It's only five o'clock and we're already gone, get a move on." Now I realize that reading just a few of the sentences she was shouting doesn't convey the full story. The humiliating tone she used is missing, and it was completely unjustified given that there were only six of us in the entire place, and I, for example, only waited five minutes for my order. I hope for those young people who are perhaps holding their tongues to avoid being bullied that someone with some influence reads this review and provides the management staff with the necessary training on how to treat their coworkers.

Excellent fries and burgers, delicious ice cream; the ordering software isn't easy to use, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is unfortunately very cold and poorly maintained.

How can I tell you that the new brioches are delicious, especially when they're hot 😋😋😋
