15/02/2026: Last night a waitress didn't change the tablecloth and didn't bring the 2 Cokes she asked for. Anyway, we're not there yet.

16/12/2025: I can only write negatively. I ordered with Deliveroo, and when the order arrived, some sandwiches were missing. We tried calling the restaurant immediately, but they never answered. After requesting a refund, we reordered the missing sandwiches, but for two sandwiches on a Tuesday, they took over an hour. From 8:45 PM, I had to wait until 10:20 PM to be able to eat. It's absurd. A disgrace for such a major chain. There are certainly other fast food restaurants that are much faster. And all this, the sandwiches were cold.

10/12/2025: I would like to point out that we took 4 menus and 4 Coca-Colas but I have to be honest I'm not sure if it was Coca-Cola... I think it's the competition since I buy it every day and I recognize the different flavor...

19/01/2026: Very welcoming place, with generous portions, I must say. The staff is extremely friendly and the waiters are very helpful and friendly. An experience worth repeating, for sure!

08/04/2026: Once a quiet place to spend half an hour. Now it's become a place to avoid. Seat markers are often not used, so lines form in front of the pickup area. The ordering kiosks are often out of order. Long wait times. For years, it was the place I went for a quick sandwich or a good breakfast, but now, reluctantly, I choose something else.

04/04/2026: Fast food chain ranking. Clean and welcoming restaurant with restrooms 🚻, well-organized and laid out, with an outdoor area for summertime with games for boys and girls, drive-up service, and unattended private parking with disabled parking spaces. Recommended for a quick meal. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

15/09/2025: I had an aperitivo here with my partner. The location is very nice, with the river flowing alongside and outdoor seating. As soon as we arrived, we noticed a clearly drunk man blasting music at extremely loud volumes. Luckily, we soon disappeared and he stopped bothering us. We ordered two drinks; the menu stated that the cocktails would be served with an "aperitivo palette," but they only brought us two bags of chips; I was expecting a few more appetizers. We also waited a bit too long, and we noticed that the waiters served two tables that arrived after us before us; three people who arrived after us even had their pinsas brought before our drinks. The bathroom was out of toilet paper and hand paper, and one of the bathrooms wouldn't close.

04/04/2026: I'm giving it 3 stars because the prices displayed on the billboard outside are different from the actual prices. The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent, but the drinks are a little expensive.

18/03/2026: We stopped for a quick lunch... The girl seemed confused, I asked for a second course from the menu but shortly after she came back saying it wasn't there. I asked for a piadina but it was terrible... Dry as if it had been there for a few days...

02/12/2025: The place is cramped and smelly. The staff is rude and arrogant, especially towards young people. The prices are very high, and the service isn't the best. The only nice thing about this bar is the cat that lives inside.

22/12/2025: The place is very intimate, with soft lighting and the warmth of the stove, very relaxing. We had the crispy pinse for dinner, which I'd say was delicious. The desserts were unique and excellent. We'll definitely be back. I recommend it.

19/11/2025: Everything is good, different flavours, spaghetti, rice, mixed seafood, two types of dish (cold/warm), ready/fresh to prepare, dessert, fruit, for this price and choice you eat what you like, not well written like others "all the same, nothing new", if you don't like it go to the centre of an Italian restaurant and eat something else

23/11/2025: The pizza is undoubtedly delicious, but it's impossible to plan an evening out... the pizza always arrives at least half an hour late, even though I've tried to ask them directly what time they'd bring it to me out of exhaustion. They still don't bring it to me on time. When you call them, they're magically putting your pizza in the oven and another 20 minutes pass... It's a shame because the pizza is really good. It would be enough to be honest about the times instead of making fun of people. This review is based on delays that have been perpetuated for a year...

26/03/2026: I'm a regular customer but lately the quality of the food in the kitchen has changed the service has become slower and the food less tasty I don't know if they changed the kitchen chef or what went wrong 😩😩😩 The sushi however is still delicious as always
