26/05/2025: Terribile. Le ragazze erano nel retro e sono uscite (una pilendosi la bocca probabilmente dopo i o spuntino). Pagato 5€ per un trancio di pizza e aspettato 10 e dico DIECI minuti perché la acaldassero. Preciso! Ero il primo. E sono state servite prima di me (snack un po' più corposo) altre persone. Servizio direi poco professionale e superficiale. Per questo darei voto mezza stella.... Ma non si può.

10/10/2025: The products are of average quality, but the prices, in my opinion, are VERY HIGH!! €2 per pastry and €3.50 for a classic cappuccino. The prices displayed do not correspond to the price paid at the restaurant but are probably for takeout. There is little transparency. It's a shame about the atmosphere, which deserves a higher rating.

05/10/2025: A very normal bar in a very normal city, with prices comparable to those of certain prestigious destinations. Crazy.

13/09/2025: The best ice cream in the area!! The owners are super friendly and helpful!! Highly recommended!!

11/09/2025: We wanted to try the pumpkin-flavored ice cream, and it completely fell short. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

13/08/2025: The prices vary continuously without any reason and they refuse any payment by debit card.

25/06/2025: In the middle of the industrional zone, no shops, cafes or basically anything around for dozens of kilometres. Rooms and the whole hotel smells horrible. Heating or AC was not working. Breakfast was ok.

18/06/2025: Unfortunately, the stay in this hotel was the worst I have ever experienced. The rooms, although reasonably clean, were in a decidedly neglected condition: visible mold in the bathroom, ruined walls, broken desk lamp with no cover. The most serious problem, however, was the malfunctioning air conditioning, absent both in the room and in the common areas, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. The hotel is absolutely not up to the 3-star classification. Breakfast was disappointing: poor quality products and numerous flies, even on the exposed food, due to the high temperature and poor hygiene. For this reason we decided not to risk dinner. Disappointing experience in every aspect.

22/10/2025: From the outside, it looks like a trendy place, but disappointment quickly sets in: the appetizers are paltry, served in plastic cups and accompanied only by a small plastic bowl of soggy chips, which had been open for at least a week. The prices are excessive and disproportionate, completely undeserved. Don't go back!

28/09/2025: I've never seen such a dirty place, with flies on the food, dust and poverty everywhere. Absolutely disgusting.

18/08/2025: I've never seen a bar charge a cover charge for a couple of drinks in plastic cups on an empty table with an empty napkin holder. It's absolutely absurd. Avoid it.

18/08/2025: Initial availability for a table. Immediately. Mantuan risotto: plain rice with added meat. Very bland, almost tasteless. Pumpkin tortelli were good, but... gourmet portions, meaning very little on the plate. Finally, the thing I don't understand is that I paid €10 for a gin and tonic, when the price list is €8. Later I realized that it's considered "Premium," as indicated on the price list on another page, but NOT REQUIRED. It's not very professional... Gin and tonic served in a small plastic "Forst beer" glass. The same glass we used for two beers for €5 each. Smaller than medium. There's no small or medium beer. "Small" Forst glass for everyone. There's no gin and tonic glass of the right size, even in terms of size. All of this was served without tonic water. I understand that there's no time due to the large crowd. Perhaps it would be better not to offer it at all, or to offer it at "different" prices. I know the restaurant business, and if you can, it's always better to do a little but do it well.
