14/10/2025: The place is beautiful, the drinks are very good, but what I didn't appreciate was the treatment they gave me. After finishing my drink, I ordered a mojito. It's a shame that the one I got was non-alcoholic (I think they did this to prevent me from overindulging). It's a shame that when it came time to pay, they charged me 8.50 for a non-alcoholic drink. I tried to point out that I'd noticed, saying I appreciated the protective gesture as a way to see if they were aware of it, and they smiled.

26/01/2026: Northern Italy, January. This is important for the context of the description, as every room is warm. The heating is adjustable. Clean. The meals are good, especially lunch and dinner. The service is very friendly. The owner runs around with plates and offers refills. The people are smiling. Admittedly, the hotel is a bit out of the way. It's a three-star hotel.

16/02/2026: These are the real prices: €3 for a coffee, plus desserts that are at least €2-3 more expensive than the price displayed both in the window and on the online menu. It's safe to call it a scam, with very poor service and little professionalism, and let's not even mention the state of the bathrooms... a disgrace.

01/02/2026: We sat down for coffee one afternoon, and I was with a relative of mine who has serious health issues, including difficulty with mobility and coordination during meals. I repeatedly asked for a spoon to make eating easier. I started to get nervous when I saw the waitresses standing at the counter doing nothing, since there weren't many customers. So I don't think it was difficult to bring a spoon; in fact, I had the feeling they found it funny to see an elderly person struggling to eat. I found this behavior inappropriate, disrespectful, and unreasonable, given that they work with the public. Not everyone in their 20s has a smile on their face; there are people who are sick, but they still have the right to a slice of cake. Another point I'd like to point out is the excessively high prices, disproportionate to the portions, and they tend not to issue receipts.

22/03/2026: It was basically a Neapolitan place, staff with Neapolitan accents, an absurd racket, but wasn't it because of the customers? They were the ones making the racket. Never again.

08/03/2026: We were at Caffè alla Pace for just half an hour and the experience was awful. Even though there were five of us at two tables pushed together, they placed us right in front of a shelf where the buffet cutting boards were kept: we practically had them glued to our backs and spent the entire time worried that we'd bump into them and knock everything over with the slightest movement. An absurd setup that doesn't allow for relaxation. The prices are completely out of line: €6 for a Gingerino and €2 for a water are unjustifiable. The staff is cold and unwelcoming. Furthermore, to use the bathroom, you have to climb a very steep and dangerous staircase where the risk of falling is real. The fake grapes on the ceiling are the only distinguishing feature, but it's not enough to make up for the lack of customer service and the sky-high bill. I don't recommend it.

26/10/2025: Terrible experience The barista wasn't very smart. You ask for a piping hot cappuccino and it's served at 20°C. He clearly doesn't understand the meaning of the word piping hot. As they say... everything helps you learn. Never again at this bar.
