A beautiful farmhouse, located right behind the church of Sarginesco. You enter shortly after the church square through a brick arch from which the driveway that leads to the car park in front of the house begins. We spent a night staying in their spectacular rooms, clean, spacious, warm and bright, with beautiful painted ceilings. The rooms represent a pleasant blend of new and old. The bathroom too, very nice and spacious. We managed to book a table for dinner where we tasted the chef's cuisine (owner of the house together with his wife), a classic and seasonal menu that was very simple but at the same time perfectly balanced and pleasant. Excellent choice of wine. Breakfast was perhaps the most pleasant and unexpected thing, they welcomed us by offering a whole table of confectionery delights accompanied by honey and seasonal fruit as well as dried fruit. We could also ask for savory (sliced ​​eggs and cheese). We really felt treated almost like we were relatives. Excellent prices for the service and quality offered, especially dinner. Highly recommended for couples!

Ci hanno regalato un wk end in questa cascina del 1500 perfettamente restaurata ed è stata una vera sorpresa. A pochi km da Mantova, location perfetta per visitare la città. Famiglia gentilissima e cordiale, organizzazione perfetta, camera grande con affreschi recuperati e soffitto a travi dipinte. Letto comodissimo. Bagno di livello. Cena squisita con prodotti locali cucinati benissimo. Persino il vino sfuso era ottimo. Prezzi contenuti. Torneremo sicuramente.

Ottima soluzione per visitare Mantova perché la Corte si trova in un paesino a circa 20 minuti di distanza. Isolata dalla strada, permette di ristorarsi e riposare. Abbiamo alloggiato nella suite, i cui soffitti della camera sono interamente affrescati, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Unica pecca, forse, è che si sentivano molto forti i passi provenienti dalla stanza al piano superiore. Durante la notte però è scesa la quiete e abbiamo dormito molto bene, tra i rumori della natura. Alla mattina poi ad accoglierci abbiamo trovato una colazione molto abbondante.
