30/06/2024: Ottima esperienza. Ogni tanto passo da Torriglia ma non ero mai stata al Viavai. Finalmente il 29 giugno ho scelto il Viavai per una cena con amici. Abbiamo preso: ravioli al sugo di funghi, pandori con salsa all’aglio (delicata), tagliata con rucola, grana e aceto balsamico, asado, patate al forno, cipolline in agrodolce, vino (bonarda sfusa), acqua, tiramisù, torta al cioccolato, meringata, amaro. Abbiamo speso 30€ a testa. Piatti ottimi, servizio veloce, disponibile, simpatico.
31/05/2024: A lovely meal booked on our behalf by our host at Villa Ghiron. Our first experience of a true Italian meal.
The waitress was lovely and we laughed together about my translation from English to Italian. A nice meal and friendly staff. Good portion sizes.

07/05/2024: It has always been number 1 (for me) but since it changed management I haven't gone there anymore. When the food runs out they are not replaced and after half an hour from opening the choice is limited, they no longer take cc meal tickets. I'm really sorry, my wife and I went to them very often.

10/07/2024: Apart from the kindness of the reception and the cleanliness of the structure, the rest needs to be redone. Rooms totally not soundproofed, you can hear everything including the traffic on the road thanks to 50 year old windows. The bathroom is old and very poor, there is still a chain for the toilet.... shower with a disgusting spout. For the price paid it wasn't worth it. Not recommended.

10/08/2024: Definitely a trattoria (and that's a good thing).
Despite the location on the road, the external gazebo and the little traffic make the stop pleasant (and cool given the very hot summer season). Dishes like at home, so that's fine, also considering the decidedly affordable prices. Very friendly staff. So if you're passing by for lunch, stop by.

05/08/2024: We went on a Thursday and there was only pizza. Farinata and recco-style focaccia are only made on Friday and Saturday. Good pizza and friendly staff. On the menu there is only Pizza. Nothing else to eat. I don't know why it says trattoria.
01/08/2024: Historic pizzeria in Torriglia. We often get take-away pizza and sometimes eat it at a pizzeria. Always as good as the desserts.

23/08/2024: On Wednesday, at a table with friends, I ordered a round margherita pizza with champignon mushrooms. Although the pizza looked good, it was chewy and heavy.
Furthermore, before ordering I had asked the waitress if the mushrooms used were fresh or canned naturally. Answer: They strictly use fresh mushrooms. Result: no. 4 (number) slices of champignon mushrooms in a jar.
No comment
The only positive note is the well-kept interior.

Great recommendations for meals throughout the day because of the great selection of savory and sweet products.

There is a railroad under the window tho, but when windows are closed, you can barely hear it. And trust me, with these heatwaves it's highly likely that windows will be closed and air conditioning will be on 20 hours a day :D

We stayed at this hotel recently and were very disappointed with our experience. Lots of noise: The noise was incessant, making it difficult to get a proper rest. Poor cleanliness: The room was not very clean, which was quite unpleasant.Smell of cigarettes: There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room, despite our request for a non-smoking room.Noisy railway: The noise of the trains passing under our balcony was very disturbing and disturbed our sleep.Rooms poorly insulated: We could hear people showering and talking, as well as the sound of their footsteps, which added to our discomfort. Despite the proximity to the sea, we are very disappointed with this place. The pretty view did not compensate for the many inconveniences.

03/06/2024: Conoscevamo la marpea e Denise da anni. I nostri natali, Pasque e diversi weekend li abbiamo trascorsi da lei. Abbiamo così scelto questa location per il nostro matrimonio. Che dire?tutto perfetto. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di fare una cerimonia simbolica dopo quella ufficiale in comune sotto la nuovissima tettoia in legno allestita a dovere per l'occasione . Dopodiché aperitivo nell'altra terrazza coperta e cena nella sala che Denise ha riservato tutta per noi e i nostri ospiti. Cibo come sempre spettacolare, abbondante, genuino e preparato con cura e amore e con rispetto dalla materia prima a km zero. Menzione particolare per la torta fatta da Denise: una bavarese al cioccolato bianco e lamponi che ha deliziato i nostri ospiti a fine cena. Il tutto a un prezzo più che competitivo. Noi felicissimi e abbiamo ricevuto i complimenti di tutti i nostri ospiti. Per chi volesse c'è la possibilità di pernottare nella struttura nelle belle camere spaziose e pulitissime e fare colazione la mattina con tutti i prodotti a km zero , crostate, torte, confetture , pane ,tutto eccezionale!!!! Grande Denise continua così !! Vale e Paolo
