09/09/2025: Da Monica: A great find in Cicagna! I was passing through Cicagna and, looking for a place to eat, I stumbled upon this diner. I was a little confused at first, because at the entrance I saw a counter selling fresh pasta. But once I found the right entrance, I discovered the true heart of the place. I tried the ravioli with meat sauce and I must say the quality was truly excellent. The ravioli were incredibly fresh, the meat sauce flavorful, and the portions were generous. My only small complaint, which doesn't affect my overall rating, concerns the oil, which, in my opinion, wasn't up to par with the deliciousness of the ravioli. The service was very quick, and my dish was served piping hot in no time. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The only thing that could be improved is the table layout, which is a bit too close together. Overall, my rating is absolutely positive. The experience was excellent and I intend to return, perhaps with more time, to try the full menu that intrigued me.

06/08/2025: Potessi metterei una valutazione ancora più alta di cinque pallini. E’ un ristorante fantastico con personale preparato ed accogliente. Sapori tradizionali, ma anche innovativi e pensati come il risotto al pesto e gamberi. Un classico i pacchetti e le trofie. La cotoletta un must anche se al mare! Tutto superbo dalla A alla Z!

02/08/2025: Ci sono stato diverse volte in quanto piace alla mia compagna. Per me come quello che ha preso il posto al Pitosforo con Portofino non ci azzeccano nulla nel modo piu assoluto. Sono dei brand ,fumo tanto arrosto molto poco. Piacciono a questa nuova tipologia di clientela......di burini. Fossero in grado di cucinare e,soprattutto pulire un pesce ai ferri sarebbe gia' qualcosa.

15/03/2026: The food here is excellent, there is a varied menu of seafood and meat with excellent first courses, the service is punctual and very friendly, the prices are reasonable, I often return willingly.

04/03/2026: Very friendly staff 😊 Really good food. I went for lunch and had the first and second course menu, which was really good value. The pumpkin and speck pasta was excellent, as was the pork shank with mashed potatoes, which was truly spectacular. Generous portions at a reasonable price. I'll be back every time I'm in the area for work.

22/12/2025: I don't know if it has changed management. I bought two sandwiches for 8 euros, so 4 euros each to take away. One was salami and cheese, the other was ham and cheese, inedible. Ham was very old, hard bread, black salami, thrown in the garbage.

09/03/2026: It's always the same story: I order pizzas over the phone, I tell the girl to please not burn them underneath, and they arrive, not burned, super burned, we threw almost all of them away. Guys, black burns are carcinogenic.

16/12/2025: I discovered Pizzeria al Doc last year thanks to a friend, and I haven't changed pizzerias in the area since. Deliveries are always on time, and the service is truly well-organized. The pizza is truly good, so much so that I've even told them so in person over the phone on more than one occasion. Quality ingredients, and the pizza is always delicious. The delivery guys are also very kind and courteous, which isn't always a given. Once, there was a small glitch: the pizza arrived cold due to a mix-up with another customer. I reported it, and they remade it with no problem, bringing it back piping hot and very quickly. That really makes the difference for me: being able to recognize a mistake and fix it immediately with professionalism. Nothing to say, five stars more than deserved. Keep it up, guys, full steam ahead 👏🍕

12/02/2026: Stefano's pizzeria is always very punctual in deliveries, the prices are a bit lower than the pizzerias in Genoa, the quality is excellent both for pizza and calzones, I recommend it to everyone

10/03/2026: A lovely evening at a pizzeria in the heart of Marassi. The atmosphere is small but very family-friendly, with wooden tables and surprisingly comfortable high stools. A little noisy, but you can still chat comfortably. Really good thin-crust pizza, superbly topped with quality ingredients and cooked in a wood-fired oven. The young staff is helpful and very polite. It feels like home. I recommend booking ahead if you want to dine on a Saturday night, as it's always crowded, especially during matches (Genoa/Sampdoria). Excellent value for money. Dine-in. And take-out. Highly recommended. Street parking isn't always easy to find, but you can find it nearby.

25/01/2026: Horrible experience, I've never eaten so badly in my life. A meat appetizer with two slices of salami, two slices of cooked ham and two slices of raw ham cost 13 euros, just to give you an idea. The quality of the products was poor, there was nothing good about it. The owner was truly rude and impolite. The only thing I can save about the place is the staff, who were courteous and helpful. Everything else was absolutely nothing. Never again. Gnocchi with raw bacon, cold meat and pre-cooked tagliolini with too much oil.
