17/03/2025: Restaurant for special occasions. Classic menu with traditional dishes but without sacrificing the creativity of the Chef. Dishes masterfully executed. Raw materials exalted as only a great kitchen can do. Exquisite seafood linguine, fried oyster skewers on savory eggnog... divine! Excellent service from all the staff (we were served by two gentlemen and two girls). Amazing bread. High but absolutely justified prices, Venice is Venice. The only small note concerns the wines which could be priced a little less. Best restaurant where we ate in Venice.

13/10/2024: We went on a hiking trip with BUND. 13 in total and one tour guide. Rooms are getting old Everything is available, unfortunately no table Storage for suitcases on the balcony, only one chair in the room and one seat. Since hiking during the day, just a rainy day, this was removable. The tasty 4-course menu is worth mentioning. Several to choose from every day. Located just under 5 minutes from the train station.

28/09/2024: We spent our 2 week vacation at Villa Argentina at the end of June and beginning of July 2024. This was our third time at Villa Argentina and we were very satisfied every time. The hotel is a little gem and just a few steps from the center with the restaurants and the beach. Everything is very well maintained, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. The garden around the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. If you're thinking of a leisurely holiday, Moneglia is a good place to go. The people are friendly and there are several options to eat. The beaches are well maintained and the water is very clean. It has a fairly large proportion of free beaches. There is a train station in Moneglia from where various other beautiful bays, places worth seeing (e.g. Chiavari or Sestri Levante), but also the places of the Cinque Terre can be easily reached by train.

26/02/2025: Beautiful beautiful beautiful. Real cuisine, you eat well. Very nice service. Warm and modern room, everything new and in step with the times. Excellent price quality. You feel good, you enjoy a nice lunch or dinner and you appreciate the efforts and commitment of a young management that wants to do well.

26/02/2025: This is an oasis of good food and service. It is definitely worth a trip just to experience the cuisine of 2 young chefs that have previously worked in Michelin star restaurants and decided to open a restaurant back at home.

30/03/2025: Se si vuole andare a vedere la partita è perfetto ,è attaccato allo stadio. Spaghetti allo scoglio a 10 euro mai visto in nessun posto. Buoni anche i carciofi fritti .

05/04/2025: Simple, fast, kind. Well placed in the city context, well integrated and useful, Huang speaks Italian with Sestri na coccia, has a lot of Italian friends and employs Italian runners! Excellent Chinese rotisserie, good quality, digestible and valid sushi! In good weather they open the second outdoor room. Few frills, good food, average prices. My daughter goes crazy for it!

Warm atmosphere despite the cold and rain outside Friendly and helpful staff Very good appetizer cheeses Very light and tasty ravioli with a very good ravioli Excellent gorgonzola and artichoke tortelli Very light and tasty balsamic vinegar escalope Finally roast pork with brandy apple puree... fantastic! Very satisfied with this dinner. Everything was really tasty, but at the same time light. The portions were all abundant and the price was more than fair. Everything was cooked with great care. We will definitely be back

16/03/2025: Artichoke and zola ravioli...I'd say the photos speak for themselves!!! Even the sausage and Trevigiana tagliatelle are worthy of note! Always the top 🔝, thanks to Luciano and all the staff... I recommend you book, it's usually fully booked 🤩

03/02/2025: In this bar, in addition to having a capable and friendly bartender, customers are always willing to smile and exchange jokes, perhaps influenced by the availability of the owner. A small oasis where you can take a break and recharge with coffee, excellent sandwiches and a smile. Also noteworthy is the excellent aperitif. Advised.

29/03/2025: Che fortuna incontrare ancora delle persone genuine che ti accolgono e cucinano con amore e dedizione, portandoti a tavola il meglio della tradizione (il pesto è il migliore al mondo!) e tanti semplici sorrisi, conditi con anedotti e storie che sanno di umanità, sole e cultura. Sostare e mangiare dal Baccicin du Caru (il bisnonno che dal 1890 cucinava per i numerosi carri di operai - impegnati a costruire la vicina ferrovia - che si fermavano li) è un'esperienza arricchente. E potrete così anche assaggiare i piatti (e i vini!!!) dell'osteria premiata come la più buona d'Italia!

22/03/2025: Si, grazie a Gianni e a tutto lo staff, perché siete sempre gentili e accoglienti, perché da voi si mangia in maniera sublime -ogni cosa è ottima, posso solo fare degli esempi perché quasi non ho preferenze, mi piace tutto- il pesto, la pasta fatta in casa, la lingua in salsa verde, la trippa, i dolci che sono super. Ho provato tutto ormai, non c'è alcun rischio di sbagliare. E se si ama il buon vino l'enoteca accanto, che Gianni cura con passione, è davvero un gioiello dove si ha la possibilità di acquistare bottiglie davvero pregevoli: noi questa volta abbiamo optato per un Barbera barricato in botte di legno: super! La nostra amica, per lei era la prima volta da Baccicin, è rimasta entusiasta. Torneremo, torneremo e torneremo

20/03/2025: What a wonderful, beautiful place. My husband is celiac, vegetarian,and they have handmade pasta, gluten free with walnut sauce. He even received a gluten free bun. I had a steak, cooked perfectly with homemade chips. The staff was very kind and helpful. This was a great find. The history of the building made it even more enjoyable.

09/03/2025: 5-star restaurant in the heart of Genoa which, although it is called a trattoria, offers excellent and well-prepared dishes. Perfect for a dinner with family, friends or for two. Many gluten-free options including pansoti, mixed fried food and desserts. Informal but satisfying, attentive and pleasant service. We ate very well, everything was delicious but the tuna really had something special. Very generous portions and excellent prices for what we ate. For the very colorful presentation, it reflects exactly what one expects. The cheesecake was great and the chocolate cake too!! That even though they were gluten-free, you couldn't feel the difference in any way. The environment is pleasant, not chaotic, relaxed, welcoming and also intimate enough, quiet to spend a relaxing moment without too much mess. We will definitely return for a next trip to Genoa. Highly recommended!

24/03/2025: Young and pleasant place, I especially recommend the pizzas that are all worth trying. The fish is also very well cooked. The place is very large and some evenings they play very fun role-playing games.

16/03/2025: Ho ordinato una pizza senza glutine l’altra sera tramite deliveroo. La pizza era buonissima, gli ingredienti (melanzane e cacioricotta se non erro) molto buoni, di ottima qualità. Meritava davvero, non sembrava glutenfeee. Segnalo inoltre il personale molto gentile e carino per due motivi 1) oltre alla pizza senza glutine (ordinata con deliveroo) avevo aggiunto anche le patatine fritte. Hanno avuto l’accortezza di chiamarmi per avvisarmi che ci sarebbe stata contaminazione essendo patatine fritte e si volevano accertare che per me andasse bene. Molto apprezzata questa cosa, avrebbero potuto non chiamarmi. Non mi è mai capitato che mi chiamassero 2) avevo richiesto cortesemente di avvisarmi quando erano in procinto di consegnare (così sarei potuta uscire dall’hotel per il ritiro) e mi hanno chiamata poco prima Esperienza molto positiva, sicuramente rifarò un ordine nei prossimi giorni🤪

11/03/2025: In occasione di un soggiorno con amici a Cavi di Lavagna Borgo, sabato non volevamo spostarci con l’auto per cenare, abbiamo cercato nelle vicinanze dell’hotel, entriamo per informazioni e subito siamo stati catturati dai modi gentili della proprietaria così abbiamo prenotato l’ultimo tavolo. La sera siamo stati accolti dal personale con un ampio sorriso e la massima cortesia, consultiamo il menù e ci sono parecchi piatti che ci stuzzicano, decidiamo per tortino di acciughe fritte, muscoli alla marinara, calamaretti alla diavola, spaghetti vongole e bottarga, spiedino di calamari con scarola ripassata, il tutto oserei dire degno di un locale “stellato” (forse meglio, le porzioni non risicate), il bianco della casa gentile e delicato al palato; i dolci che abbiamo assaggiato, io che li ho, da leccarsi i baffi. Talmente soddisfatti che abbiamo prenotato subito per la domenica sera, un’altra esperienza degna di essere vissuta, il polpo in insalata e/o rosticciato, delicato, da sciogliersi in bocca, ottime come da aspettative anche le altre pietanze. Dovessi ripassare dalla Riviera, farà sicuramente parte di una sosta per pranzo o cena, con il proposito di assaggiare piatti diversi.

08/03/2025: Nice experience, slightly hidden place but close to the road that runs along the seafront, simple and with well-spaced tables. Excellent dishes, fresh raw materials, adequate portions. Good prices. Nice girl at the service.
