20/06/2025: Cosy and busy, on a typical Italian square, eating outside while enjoying delicious Italian dishes. In this case a pizza La Romantica, made of multigrain dough, with buratta, smoked salmon, sun-dried tomatoes, almond shavings and saffron. Molto buono!

04/05/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato nei pressi di questa eccezionale pasticceria e scelto di fare colazione qui anziché in albergo. La scelta è stata azzeccata con ottimi dolci da colazione in particolare il croissant è eccezionale croccante e buonissimo si vede che è prodotto artigianalmente. Prezzi nella media personale gentile. Da provare.

26/03/2025: Must try!!! The place is located - fortunately - away from the passageways on the corner of the pedestrian street Rolando. It offers high quality pastries, a beautiful external display case in wood and marble with a taste of yesteryear. I tried an aperitif: a really well-made Campari Spritz, accompanied by toast split in two and chips, that alone would have been enough. Instead, two types of freshly sliced ​​cheese and cured meats and two slices of a spectacular homemade pizza also arrive. All for 7 euros with outdoor table service included!!! Not bad. Well done. 30/06/2025: We had lunch in front of the beach, with the coming and going of people in bathing suits passing right next to it. Excellent food, well cooked and served with a smile. A few small inattentions from the staff and an above average bill, but overall a pleasant experience. It remains a good place to return.

01/06/2025: Simple, welcoming, friendly, family-run environment. Local dishes to enjoy on the spot or take away. Generous portions, reasonable prices. Stuffed courgettes and onions, freshly baked farinata, potato and green bean pie, osada with roast potatoes, bruschetta and focaccia. All accompanied by a glass of medium draft beer and water for €25 per person. We really really enjoyed every dish. An experience to repeat.

It was a bit strange to find few people inside because it certainly deserves more customers. Despite this, it was a beautiful evening.. 5 stars deserved!

24/05/2025: Kicks was a lively little restaurant by the bay and served good pizza and pasta to our group. We had to wait to be seated as the place was full, but in the end we enjoyed our company and our meals. I had the eggplant pizza, and it was very good, though I would have appreciated a more generous portion of eggplant since it's one of my favorite vegetables, but it was tasty and enjoyed by several at our table.

14/06/2025: Il titolare visibilmente seccato per l'acquisto di un solo pasticcino per colazione.a quel punto visto il.suo disappunto ne ho acquistati 2 anche se andando al mare non avtei saputo dove lasciarlo.il titolare non contento mi ha detto che per soli 2 pasticcini avrebbe dovuto sprecare un vassoio. Nel pagamento non ricordavo il pin della carta e mi.ha accusato di non aver soldi. Prezzi esorbitanti 2 pasticcini 5 euro.

05/06/2025: Located near the Albaro district of Genoa, this small pastry shop has a wide selection of gluten-free and lactose-free shortbread and pastries. I think it is one of the few in Genoa that does everything gluten-free. The desserts I had were excellent: from the typical canestrelli to the pasticciotti pugliesi, baci di dama and di Alassio: all delicious. Upon request, they also have beautiful cakes. I will definitely be back

29/04/2025: I had read comments that they made good sandwiches and especially good burgers. You know, in the vast world of burgers you can hear all sorts of things. In a hurry I wanted to try it to take home. Meanwhile they ask you first the degree of doneness of the meat, when has this ever been heard of. The basic burger has 200g plus salad and cheese. Then add. I added caramelized onions and gherkins. Well shit, the gherkins were comparable to Zuccato (for the unfamiliar the best in jars and of various sizes), crunchy, full. Real onions, homemade and good. Everything top quality. I don't like to be an absolutist but I have to say the best burger I ate in Genoa (just so as not to exaggerate).
