23/08/2025: With a reservation: it took over half an hour to get us seated, they didn't ask us for drinks for an hour, and the appetizer arrived an hour and a half after we arrived. Mulled wine, stale bread, and the mixed fried fish ordered for two was a meager portion. When the dish arrived, the question was, "Are those two portions?" The answer was, "Yes," and then, when I asked at the cashier, they said, "They weren't two portions, but one, because they'd run out," but they'd still marked two portions on the bill. After a brief discussion, they still discounted it. It's a shame because the food is good.

20/08/2025: Rustic, traditional, and exceptional. Great hospitality and excellent food! We went for lunch three times in four days! Many thanks to the owners and staff.

23/08/2025: I was at this restaurant on 8/06/2025. As a first course, my partner and I chose tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, which was left immediately after the first few forkfuls. We opted for ravioli with a touch in the middle of the ravioli, but we found tagliolini together. I leave everything behind. I'm very fussy about food, especially not for nothing. I'm very good at cooking. I sailed on passenger ships for seven years, in the past as a kitchen boy, and after a few years of experience, I graduated to chef. Back to us, I ordered a braised meat, according to them, not bad, and as a side dish, very old baked potatoes. I had ordered a Dolcetto d'Alba and they didn't have it. They brought me a Dolcetto d'Ovada, which I left half a bottle on the table. We went to pay and found myself saddled with a bill of 89 euros. Having to make my arguments, I was attacked by three people almost physically. Now I think that reviews should be written with great care and attention so that they don't lead astray.

11/08/2025: 100% homemade cuisine, a real treat! You can feel that each dish is prepared with care, as in Italian traditions. The atmosphere is that of a small, typical Italian restaurant, warm and friendly. We were welcomed with great kindness, and had a great time chatting with the owner, who was sweet and attentive. An authentic Italian experience that I recommend without hesitation!

15/08/2025: While visiting family back in Genoa, Tire-Bouchon became our go-to place for most of the week. Fabio and Cristina took great care of my wife (who is expecting) and me, preparing exceptional non-alcoholic drinks, despite Fabio's initial skepticism. The aperitivo was plentiful, and we highly recommend stopping for dinner. All the sauces are homemade by Cristina, and the white rabbit ragù was exceptional. The green bean meatloaf, made with her mother's recipe, was also delicious. We truly felt at home, and the three of us will be back next time. Thank you!

10/08/2025: 'Always perfect aperitif. Fabio is truly talented. The aperitif is served with a small plate that is a mix of very good savory appetizers. Excellent value for money. I recommend it.

06/09/2025: Fantastic little restaurant with fish specialties. We enjoyed a delicious lunch there. The food was so good that we went back that evening for dinner, which was just as good. Friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere. This is highly recommended.

06/09/2025: Excellent fish dishes, good fresh food, good light fried food, in short, fish cooked with love, highly recommended. Everything was delicious from appetizer to dessert, with the fiordilatte ice cream served in wonderful and delicious dessert cups. In short, highly recommended.

26/07/2025: We went to this restaurant with our family of five. It's clean and bright inside, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. From the moment we sat down, we waited 6-7 minutes for the menus. Once we'd ordered, we waited 20 minutes for our dishes to arrive. In a restaurant like this, you'd expect certain rules to be followed: the woman goes first at the table, and this didn't happen. The fried calamari was good, but the pasta was overcooked (the pesto was good), and the tagliata was also good, tender even though it wasn't cooked as requested. A bit expensive for what we ate.

27/05/2025: We came across this shop by chance. They were very friendly, attentive and helpful. If you are looking for the best pesto genovese in all of Liguria, go to this shop. Highly recommended!

18/08/2025: I ate here with my family. The daily menu was good. Excellent fried fish and vegetables, crispy and tasty. I really liked the friendliness of the staff.

16/08/2025: Food is good, but I'm not a fan of fish and 80% of the menu is a seafood menu. Im sure the seafood is good but in case your not a fan, then this isn't the place for you to eat at.

29/08/2025: I come to Genoa 2/3 times a year to visit the Gaslini and I always stop by the bar for the brioche with chantilly cream.... To say the least, delicious

26/08/2025: They sent me a "Welsh mix" with 4 ingredients all pickled, I like them all individually, but all together like this they only tasted of vinegar, it was inedible

08/06/2025: Great experience, tasty and quality food with generous portions. Excellent value for money. We had delicious Ravioli au tuccu and spaghetti with clams, grilled fish and excellent desserts pistachio tiramisu and zabaglione cream with millefeuille. Convenient parking.

10/08/2025: A pleasant surprise in the hinterland of eastern Liguria. Quick service, traditional dishes. The Ligurian-style rabbit was excellent, and the ravioli were delicious. The appetizer was also good.
