Always a sure thing...from the excellent wine to the tasty, expertly cooked dishes! Everything is delicious 🤩

A small, family-run trattoria with a good wine list. As the owner told us, all the dishes on the menu are prepared by his wife (the chef) using locally sourced ingredients (when possible). The dining room is small but welcoming; it's not always easy to find a seat, even if you book days in advance. The dishes we tried were all excellent, my apple pie 🔝 (I forgot to take a photo 😔).

A pleasant discovery. After months of hearing acquaintances rave about La Barrique winery, I recently had the pleasure of trying their dishes firsthand. From the atmosphere (cozy and family-friendly) to the service (punctual and fun), to the dishes (fried anchovies and a squid salad worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant—without exaggerating), I can only give them top marks. What a shame you're so far away. I'll definitely be back every time I come to Genoa.
