04/10/2025: A week ago, I had the privilege of attending a wedding at La Noce di Creta that could only be described as magical. Among the secrets to the event's fabulous success were the constant availability, kindness, involvement, and passion of Mauro and his family and team, the authentic cuisine (the starters were memorable), the convenience of staying on-site, and the beautifully landscaped spaces of the entire estate, which provided a delightful backdrop from the welcome and dinner to the dancing and final round of toasts. Not to be underestimated was the added indulgence of breakfast the next morning—at that point, the temptation was to move on! The virtually unanimous positive comments from the attendees are a fitting testament to an unforgettable day. Thank you, and see you next time 🤗

20/01/2026: Excellent experience (I had a couple from Brazil visiting and I thought it would be a good idea to show up with the best option in the Arieti centre, combining a view of the Rieti monuments in the centre). The owner couldn't have been more helpful: he recommended a Merlot from Salento which also met the tastes of the two ladies and then proceeded with a double tasting of first courses (classic amatriciana and a less classic maltagliati in bianco with bacon and salted ricotta) to continue with beef (bocconcini) à la bourguignon while for me the pork steak in sauce - then a whole extra: limoncello and gentian tozzetti - the price was unexpectedly positive considering the quantity.

18/01/2026: We had lunch there before Christmas during a quick stopover in Rieti. We had a generous appetizer of cured meats, two first courses, and dessert, which were all very satisfying. The waiter was a really nice guy. The bill was reasonable. The only downside was the size of the veranda, which is a bit small, but overall, it's a restaurant we recommend.

This isn't really a pizzeria, but rather a place of culinary culture, accompanied by the owner's polite descriptions of the food. If you go, take your time and be curious about what you're eating. The pinsa dough is wonderful, melt-in-the-mouth and easy to digest, the ingredients are top-quality, varied, and paired with gourmet skill. Nothing else around compares!
