18/07/2026: The pinsa are the best in the area. The seasonal one with prosciutto, figs, ricotta, and basil is a marvel. I don't think I'll eat anything this good all summer!! Go with your eyes closed. The boss is really nice. 2 thumbs up

11/07/2026: The pinsa and fried food takeout are spectacular! The packaging is meticulously crafted! The very kind owner advised us and served us promptly. Excellent ingredients and tasty, original combinations. The dough is super easy to digest. The cacio e pepe supplì are fabulous. Highly recommended!

01/03/2026: We had dinner last night 27/2/26, I was unfortunately disappointed. We took some appetizers including fried pizzas (very greasy) and patience, but the last supplì served inside were still frozen. I took a gluten-free pizza and I could only consume the edge and the part immediately next to it because the inside of the pizza base was raw. I suppose there was a cooking error, a shame because the correctly cooked part was good. The desserts were good

01/05/2026: I don't understand the people who give this place a bad review. We arrived at 3 pm and he offered us lunch, a super friendly older gentleman who was a jack of all trades. He made us a fabulous appetizer and carbonara, delicious. Home-style cooking, super rustic and "spartan" place. But then again, why disparage someone who runs a business like this in such a small village? For those who walk the path, it's an oasis in the desert, but I'd go back with friends for a casual lunch. See you soon, Valerio, and thanks for your hospitality! But then we paid a pittance for an appetizer, two carbonaras, four beers, water, coffee, and free donuts. What can you say to him?

03/12/2025: Every time I'm in the area, ever since I was little, I've always stopped by Sfreddafacioli at least once. It's a typical mountain restaurant where the food has always been good. I can confirm that this remains true today, despite the necessary change of management. It's truly worth it.

05/07/2026: We had lunch here, and I can tell you it's a mess of dirty people. First of all, there are about 20 cats climbing on the tables, a dog being hugged, cuddled, and stroked by the workers here, no one washes their hands after hugging the animals, they go back to the kitchen and prepare your food. If the local health authority is involved, they'll shut them down immediately. Better to bring a sandwich and eat it in the woods. I strongly advise against it, especially for hygiene reasons.

08/12/2025: The location is nice, but the same can't be said for the food and service. Two of us went, arriving around 2 PM, and our orders were taken after we'd been sitting at the table waiting about 20 minutes. Furthermore, when we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with a bare, unset table. After ordering, we waited about 40 minutes for our first course (so we started eating at 3 PM). The dish was cold, with fresh pasta (according to them) underneath and a ladle of lukewarm sauce on top, which was now semi-glued. After mixing it, the pasta tasted mediocre, nothing special, probably also because it was cold. After about 15 minutes, they brought the second course, a pork shank, accompanied by baked potatoes. The potatoes were also cold and without seasoning. The shank, on the other hand, was hot, but very dry on the inside and without sauce. Furthermore, part of it was also charred. After that, we decided to ask for the bill. For these two dishes, plus water and Coke, they charged me 45 euros. An insane price given the poor quality of the dishes. Furthermore, the waitress service wasn't the best. This restaurant is definitely one to avoid. I won't be returning. A terrible experience.

25/04/2026: Today we had the pleasure of lunch at Taddei Katia's Taka Pizza in Orvinio, and the experience was simply excellent. Despite the name being reminiscent of pizza, we were amazed by the quality of their seafood: carefully crafted dishes, ultra-fresh ingredients, and authentic flavors that completely satisfied us. Special praise goes to the owner, Katia, for her exquisite hospitality. The service was impeccable: attentive, fast, and with that human warmth that makes all the difference. The value for money is also absolutely unbeatable—a rarity these days to find such high quality at such reasonable prices. My heartfelt compliments to the entire staff. We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone passing through!

20/04/2026: The lady welcomed us at 3 PM when the place was empty. Even though she had almost closed the kitchen, she opened her kitchen for us. A delicious plate of pasta with meat sauce and an Italian-style appetizer. I'll gladly return.

21/12/2025: Family-run trattoria. We were greeted with great kindness and helpfulness. The food had the authentic flavor of traditional home cooking. Excellent first courses, excellent meat, and a great price.

SERVICE 6..friendly DISHES 4..abundant but..the cuisine is something else. PRICES 4..high (€15 for first courses, €20 for second courses) we're at Terminillo and several kilometers from the center..!!!
