30/05/2026: I go there for work. Everything is fresh. The wait is just for the food to cook. Everything is fresh and local. Every dish is enhanced by its flavor. I hope this place gets more popular since there are so many, but here you'll find all the delicious cuisine! Thank you! I can't wait to come back to enjoy the freshness of the mountains again.

The obtuseness of this restaurant's management is disgusting. The place is old and dirty, a bit outdated, stuck in the 80s, maybe even earlier. We were passing by with our husky in tow. The lady who greeted us at the door looked at us like we had the plague... she said the dog couldn't come in because it would disturb the other customers, but the place was practically empty, and in any case she could have put us in a corner where we wouldn't disturb anyone, since my Akuma sits under the table all lunch and is less of a nuisance than some people. I wonder who's the person and who's the animal! Anyway, we called the nearby Sfreddacioli restaurant, under new management, which had no problem and welcomed us warmly. We had an excellent meal, and she gave us a bowl of water for the dog and even let her eat outside on the lawn. So much for PxA! 03/07/2026: I can only say that this restaurant saved us. As pilgrims on the Way of St. Francis, we had been walking for eight hours since Marmore and arrived in Poggio Bustone completely starved. The only place open for lunch was La Locanda Francescana. The owner warmly welcomed us in, and the food arrived in no time. The salad was incredibly fresh, and the pasta was delicious. We even got a lovely pilgrim stamp. Thank you so much for everything!

18/06/2026: New and tidy rooms, reasonable price. We had dinner, and they served us the pilgrim's menu without asking for it at €30 per person—a real rip-off! If I go back, we definitely won't eat there!

10/06/2026: They may be a good coffee shop, but they should skip the aperitifs if they're not original. They might be able to fool those who drink Aperol Spritz (98%, the Prosecco changes the taste), but not those who only drink Aperol with soda water... and what I drank, in my opinion, wasn't Aperol!

30/03/2026: Breakfast on a Sunday morning, a small cup of barley, a small cup of ginseng, and 3 pastries. When we booked, we were first asked for our payment method and then what we wanted to order. The flavorless barley had the consistency of dirty water, and the highlight was the price of 7 euros and 30. You comment.

23/03/2026: I stopped for lunch last night at this place. I usually only order takeout, and I've never been happy with it. I recommend sitting down, even if it's very busy on weekends. A truly cheerful waitress will guide you, offering a thousand imaginative options. The waitress was fantastic; she offered me a delicious off-menu pizza, with perfect pairings. The location isn't the best because it's either freezing or too hot.

23/02/2026: I've tried to give this pizzeria a chance three times, but unfortunately, I'm always more disappointed. We've ordered delivery on Sundays twice for a couple of pizzas. They've always arrived late, with crushed boxes and cold pizzas, topped with subpar cured meats (I remember my husband's pizza with green-spotted mortadella). The staff on the phone are rude and try to sell you alternative doughs and add-ons to the basic pizza in every way. The third time we tried to go directly to the restaurant for a Sunday meal, the waitress is rude and speaks in a less than pleasant way at the table. I have nothing else to add. I think that's enough. They should rethink many things, starting with the quality of the food!
