La Rotonda In Rieti

14/06/2026: Pizzeria and seafood restaurant. This is my second visit and I can confidently give a largely positive review. The first time, we had a seafood dinner: a garidon appetizer for two, consisting of nine cold dishes and one hot one, as pictured; a main course of grilled shrimp with chips. The fish was excellent and definitely fresh. Today, we're back for pizza, eating in the outdoor dining area. It's larger than the plate and beautifully topped: I had the Norwegian pizza with fresh fishmonger salmon, and my friend had the sea and mountain pizza with mushrooms, salmon, and fresh shrimp. Our only complaint would have been the pearl pizza with tomato and a large mixed seafood platter, but we discovered it's by reservation only... but since we were doubly satisfied, we'll definitely be back to try it. The service from the waitress, Meggy, is noteworthy: professional, elegant, and, as a professional waiter myself, I might add, pleasantly friendly and affable. If you read this review and are in the area, make a reservation; you won't regret it. Federico's word!
