28/03/2026: A safe haven in the heart of Rieti If you find yourself in Rieti, you absolutely must stop by, or go there on purpose. Welcome and Service: From the moment you enter, you sense a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is attentive to every detail, kind, and friendly. Raw Materials and Tradition: The typical dishes are made with the freshest ingredients, plus you'll find the specials of the day. Having dined here several times, I can confirm that the quality of the dishes is consistently high. This is no coincidence. In addition to the à la carte menu, it's always worth checking out the daily specials, which reflect seasonality and the chef's creativity. Dining here isn't just "eating out," it's a true pleasure for the palate and the soul. Highly recommended!
05/02/2026: Locanda dei Fabbri is one of those places that immediately puts you at ease. The location is very charming and, above all, steeped in history: it has had several owners over the years, but the current one has given it a warm, refined, and welcoming identity thanks to Francesca. The place is clean, tidy, and comfortable, with an atmosphere that invites you to linger, enjoy the time, and have a few more beers. The pizzas are delicious, the supplì are truly delicious, and the beer selection is also more than decent. A special mention goes to Roberto's Amatriciana: I've had it several times and it's simply spectacular, one of those dishes that stays in your memory and makes you want to return again and again.

14/06/2026: Pizzeria and seafood restaurant. This is my second visit and I can confidently give a largely positive review. The first time, we had a seafood dinner: a garidon appetizer for two, consisting of nine cold dishes and one hot one, as pictured; a main course of grilled shrimp with chips. The fish was excellent and definitely fresh. Today, we're back for pizza, eating in the outdoor dining area. It's larger than the plate and beautifully topped: I had the Norwegian pizza with fresh fishmonger salmon, and my friend had the sea and mountain pizza with mushrooms, salmon, and fresh shrimp. Our only complaint would have been the pearl pizza with tomato and a large mixed seafood platter, but we discovered it's by reservation only... but since we were doubly satisfied, we'll definitely be back to try it. The service from the waitress, Meggy, is noteworthy: professional, elegant, and, as a professional waiter myself, I might add, pleasantly friendly and affable. If you read this review and are in the area, make a reservation; you won't regret it. Federico's word!
