06/12/2025: A good restaurant with very friendly staff. The bruschetta and strozzapreti with porcini mushrooms were truly excellent. We were a little less impressed with the off-menu gnocchi with spontaneity sauce, which, for our taste, had a slightly thicker sauce after cooking.
16/11/2025: Once upon a time there was a family-run trattoria, a simple menu but with the flavors of the past... now there is so much, so much to do to become like that!

07/12/2025: The food at Il Cantinone restaurant is truly excellent. Their first courses were excellent, and the second courses were especially good. The desserts were delicious.
I recommend booking in advance because it's always busy.

11/12/2025: We had a wonderful meal, in a quiet, modest setting, but with friendly owners. Since it was cold, we sat inside, but in warmer weather, you can enjoy the beautiful view. I must say, however, that a little more order would make this trattoria perfect.
16/11/2025: The ideal place for a tasty lunch after a hike in Castel di Tora and the surrounding area. Excellent food, great prices, friendly service, and hospitality. Plus, you can dine with a beautiful lake view.

26/09/2025: We popped in here spontaneously during the summer holidays. We didn't have a reservation, but that wasn't a problem. We received a friendly welcome, and it was a real treat to dine here! Beautiful location with a stunning view. Chef Antonio surprised us with a delicious menu and delicious dishes! We felt completely at home in the warm, family atmosphere.
23/08/2025: We came with my daughter for a relaxing weekend and felt welcomed and pampered, just like at home! A special compliment goes to Mr. Antonio and his cuisine!

18/11/2025: A well-decorated restaurant suitable for families with children. The staff was attentive and courteous (a dream these days). The pizza was delicious, perfectly cooked and well-leavened, using top-quality ingredients. Not to mention the fried foods and arrosticini... both the mutton and liver were divine.
We'll definitely be back!

On this occasion, I visit Lake Salto and then order an aperitif.
23/10/2025: Excellent lunch, normal prices. Great MAURO, excellent strawberry grapes, but next time let me find the lamb even if the sheep was not bad.

05/10/2025: Fantastic restaurant. Simple, home-cooked dishes. Great for lunch with family or friends. Good appetizers, superb first courses. The grilled food is highly recommended. We'll definitely be back. A little outside of Rome, which makes this place a great choice for a quick lunch. Excellent service.
21/09/2025: The food is good, the service is a bit slow and the atmosphere is splendid, but it's more expensive than it was a few years ago!

29/12/2025: We went to this restaurant during the Christmas period. We had a great time! Excellent food, especially the first courses, including the delicious polenta and the delicious truffle tortellini. The desserts and appetizers were also excellent. The guy was very kind.
Highly recommended!!!
07/12/2025: It's not the first time I've been there with my family and we've always been very satisfied with the food, the quality and the prices (lower than the restaurants at higher altitudes).
