Excellent carbonara.... Perfect to finish the stage of the Brigands' Path

I don't understand the people who give this place a bad review. We arrived at 3 pm and he offered us lunch, a super friendly older gentleman who was a jack of all trades. He made us a fabulous appetizer and carbonara, delicious. Home-style cooking, super rustic and "spartan" place. But then again, why disparage someone who runs a business like this in such a small village? For those who walk the path, it's an oasis in the desert, but I'd go back with friends for a casual lunch. See you soon, Valerio, and thanks for your hospitality! But then we paid a pittance for an appetizer, two carbonaras, four beers, water, coffee, and free donuts. What can you say to him?
