22/03/2026: Amazing dough It's hard to find a pan pizza of this quality. I would have given it 5 stars, the only flaw was the lack of toppings. In my opinion, it should be enriched a little more, especially since the price isn't cheap.

17/01/2026: I moved to this neighborhood two years ago, but only today did I try this pizzeria for the first time, which I can easily reach on foot. Good pizza, very digestible dough, generous but not excessive toppings. Perfect. Fast and friendly staff. 14/12/2025: We chose to have lunch at this simple yet welcoming trattoria in the center of Sermoneta and had a wonderful time. The waiter was friendly and welcoming, and the daily set menu was delicious, plentiful, and excellent value (€20 for a first course, second course, water, and coffee—exceptional for Sermoneta!): polenta with a rich sausage/rib sauce, followed by pork tenderloin rolls in pancetta and bay leaves with a divine sauce! Perfect for a winter day! Thanks, and keep up the good work!

30/09/2025: I'd like to start by saying that I always like to book, both to avoid wasting time looking for a place to have lunch or dinner and, above all, to allow the restaurant owners to better organize their order. I arrive on Sunday at 2:00 PM, as booked. I wait for a table and in the meantime, I decide what to order. I order a grilled steak with porcini mushrooms and chicory for myself, while for my companion, I order grilled porcini mushrooms and tagliolini with fresh truffle. Shortly after, the waiter returns and informs me that the steak is out of stock. I then ask for lamb, but that too is unavailable. I settle for a mixed grill (all pork, which hadn't been specified). As a side, I order chicory, but it never arrives. The grilled meat and porcini mushrooms arrive, while the tagliolini arrive about 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, they're overcooked. The chicory, as mentioned, doesn't arrive. I don't feel like pushing it any further, so we end our sad lunch. When it came time for the bill, I pointed out that the chicory never arrived. I was told it was out and that there were broccoli, but they weren't served either. I'm specifying this so they don't end up on the bill. I forgot: the tagliolini were served after the next table, who had ordered after us, had already received them. They were probably ready, but they weren't delivered right away. The location is nice; we ate outside, and the staff seemed friendly. However, there's an obvious organizational problem. My suggestion: try to at least guarantee availability for those who took the time to book in advance.

19/09/2025: Disappointing breakfast stop. The croissants were rather dry, 2 out of 3 on one plate, the other was handed to us. Dirty tables and rude bartenders.

06/04/2026: A very rustic pizzeria, but a real gem in Aprilia. The staff were super friendly and the service was quick. We ate well and, most importantly, digested everything! It's always been a problem finding digestible dough lately! Well done!

28/03/2026: Sorry, but I found it really absurd to see the refrigerator column with the products on display—beer, wine, etc.—and not be able to get them because you have to buy draft beer, which is also drinkable. Because it costs more. Plus, the pizza menu is non-stop, but with an absurd frequency. How much did I spend? Too much.

27/09/2025: If you don't care about form, this is the place for you. Delicious appetizer and then a pile of well-cooked meat. Highly recommended for spending time with friends, eating well, and spending relatively little considering what you're served. Very friendly staff. Exceptional wine selection. It's a shame the place is so basic. But you can't have everything.

26/03/2026: Lunch with some colleagues during the Youth Festival. The pizzeria was packed, yet we were served quickly. The pizzas are excellent, cooked in a wood-fired oven right in front of you. The appetizers were delicious, especially the seafood. Excellent value!

18/01/2026: It was Sunday January 11 Closed at about 2 PM. I don't know when they're open other than Sunday lunchtime. Since it's opposite the Rocca, a tourist attraction. Evidently they open for residents. A choice.
