I had the pleasure of dining at Ostricaro, and the experience was truly positive. The restaurant stands out for its elegant setting and the quality of its ingredients, especially the fish, which is always fresh and prepared with great care. Each dish was tasty and beautifully presented, demonstrating the attention to detail and passion for cooking. My only small complaint was the pasta portions, which I found slightly on the small side. Overall, however, everything was delicious, and the experience is highly recommended.

April 18, 2026 I'd heard about this restaurant many times, and I finally managed to go. As for the raw fish, I gave it an excellent rating: both the oysters and the sea urchins were truly spectacular. The view and the location also deserve praise, being very high quality. What really disappointed me, however, was the main course: we ordered two grilled sea bream and were shown a beautiful, large sea bream, but the one served on the plate didn't look the same at all, or was only half the fish. In any case, the portion was rather small. In short, I was disappointed... a shame, because my expectations were really high.

10/05/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant and the food was good. The dishes are simple and well-executed. Finally, a cuisine without frills and exorbitant prices. The place is simple and charming, but I would pay attention to a few details to spruce up the dining room.
07/02/2026: I've known this place for at least 35 years. It was the restaurant for family specials in the late '80s and '90s. Today I come with my family. It's like a second home to us. Giuseppe doesn't even ask us what we order anymore! I've never stopped ordering the involtini, excellent, juicy, and flavorful. They seem easy to replicate, but they never come out the same! The pizza isn't bad. Thin, with a low crust, soft yet crispy. Delicious vegetables. My husband loves the first courses. The fries are superb, not frozen but homemade. The desserts are equally good. The prices are in line with other trattorias. The location is homey, welcoming, '80s-inspired, and clean. Not recommended for those who love gourmet food and modern things! Recommended for those who love intimacy and old-fashioned things.
