28/12/2025: Pizzeria Fogliano ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality and rare professionalism! We visited Pizzeria Fogliano and had a flawless experience. Food and Pizza: The pizza is exactly to our taste: light, digestible dough, and top-quality ingredients. Every bite was a pleasure; you can tell there's a lot of thought behind the ingredients. Dining Room Management: Absolutely commendable service. The staff was masterful in neutralizing the disturbance caused by a group of truly unbearable kids. They handled the situation with admirable class and determination, allowing us to enjoy our dinner despite the chaos that had ensued. In short: An excellent place where professionalism reigns supreme. If we really had to express one wish, it would be to return very soon to enjoy their pizza again... but let's hope those groups of rude kids never show up again! Congratulations to the entire team. See you soon!

24/10/2025: Dairy and pizzeria. Bread. The products are good. Good buffalo mozzarella and good pizza, ordered and cooked to order, both takeout and eat-in (large interior space and several tables) but without service, you take it and bring it to the table. 2 large outdoor parking lots. Crowded at lunchtime.

04/10/2025: I'm not giving it 5 stars just because when we got to the restaurant... we almost left without even going in!!! A group of screaming children outside, left to graze freely in the street by their parents enjoying an aperitif. A terrible calling card. But, luckily, we decided to go in anyway, asking the staff if there was a risk of those children being at the next table. They assured us there wasn't, and so it was (even though their screams could be heard, far away, even from the "cave"). The interior is clean, pleasant, and original. The staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and very professional. The dishes are prepared by those who know and love their job... delicious, flavorful, and beautiful to look at. In short, an excellent experience that we recommend.

04/10/2025: A restaurant in Gaeta's historic center, offering meticulously prepared and balanced cuisine, with bold yet unobtrusive flavors and top-quality ingredients. The dishes are well-served and beautifully crafted, and the chef's touch is evident, making this restaurant a favorite. The wine list is average for the selection offered, but a bit pricey. The staff is attentive and courteous. The only real flaw was when, at the entrance to the restaurant, three women were enjoying an aperitif, leaving their not-so-young children behind. They ran, played, and screamed so loudly that they could be heard even in the dining room. Despite the moderate music, this is why the ambience received 3 stars. Recommended restaurant!

18/02/2026: I understand that Valentine's Day is much busier...but I find it unacceptable to have to wait 40 minutes for a pizza (which is still good). I also find it absurd to have to pay an extra €1.50 for a little tomato sauce on the pizza. The supplement I've usually paid at other pizzerias is €0.50. Also, the bathroom was completely out of toilet paper. In any case, the pizzas are well-topped and excellent!

20/12/2025: I had the pleasant opportunity to dine at La Perla, a table of about fifteen people; of course, we'd agreed on the menu and price ahead of time! The restaurant is simple and well-maintained, with adequate space—it's never cramped! Beautiful tables and chairs! To start, they brought us golden-fried anchovies on mixed salad and saffron mayo, puntarelle and marinated anchovies, and sautéed mussels and crostini in the center. For our second entree, we had breaded shrimp, paccheri stuffed with provola, zucchini, and swordfish—really delicious—and a creamed cod sphere. Two first courses: ditalini with anchovies and pecorino cheese and tagliolini with garlic, oil, chili pepper, and local baby squid on a cream of red cherry tomatoes—both delicious! Followed by the freshest fried mixed seafood. Everything was accompanied by good wine! Very friendly and fast service! We really enjoyed our stay, I'll definitely be back!

26/08/2025: A small pizzeria with no seating. We ordered two pizzas and ate them on the nearby waterfront. Perfect dough, thick Neapolitan crust, good service, and friendly staff.
