29/04/2025: Premessa: non mi permetto di esprimere un giudizio sul cibo, non essendo un esperto e nemmeno appassionato di crudi, ma esprimo un parere sul modus operandi del ristorante (ho effettivamente trovato riscontro solo ora, leggendo altre recensioni negative in merito) ovvero, nel momento della lettura del menù, si avvicina con molta gentilezza e cortesia il gestore per chiedere se si può procedere all'ordine...mentre si sta decidendo, chiedendo informazioni sulle varie portate, il gestore con molta discrezione chiede "volete provare un misto di antipasti così che possiate assaggiare un po' tutto?" ...e lì la trappola è scattata, ovvero si gioca tutto sull'interpretazione della frase: uno si aspetta un misto di antipasti da poter condividere con i commensali, ma nel conto finale ci sono i singoli antipasti quotati come da menù, ovvero come singole porzioni. A seguire un primo ciascuno, "un misto di dolci" (la tattica è la stessa :-) ), una bottiglia di vino e una di prosecco, conto finale: euro 612,00 in cinque persone (scontato a euro 550,00 perché le 5 ciotole di lumache di mare , costo euro 70,00, erano "offerte dalla casa", pagate comunque quindi 8 euro :-))) Ripeto non discuto la qualità del cibo perché non sono un esperto e nemmeno voglio mettermi contro chi dice di essere esperto, ma decisamente una esperienza negativa dal punto di vista della trasparenza e della comunicazione. Peccato perché a mio avviso non è una buona operazione e ne vale la reputazione.

29/04/2025: Premise: I don't allow myself to express an opinion on the food, not being an expert or even passionate about raw food, but I express an opinion on the restaurant's modus operandi (I actually found confirmation only now, reading other negative reviews on the matter) that is, when reading the menu, the manager approaches with great kindness and courtesy to ask if it is possible to proceed with the order... while you are deciding, asking for information on the various courses, the manager very discreetly asks "do you want to try a mix of starters so that can you taste a little of everything?" ...and there the trap is sprung, that is, everything is played on the interpretation of the sentence: one expects a mix of starters to be able to share with the diners, but in the final bill there are the individual starters quoted as per the menu, or as individual portions. Followed by a first course each, "a mixture of desserts" (the tactic is the same :-)), a bottle of wine and a bottle of prosecco, final bill: 612.00 euros for five people (discounted to 550.00 euros because the 5 bowls of sea snails, costing 70.00 euros, were "offered by the house", so you still paid 8 euros :-))) I repeat, I am not discussing the quality of the food because I am not an expert nor do I want to go against those who say they are experts, but it is definitely a negative experience from the point of view of transparency and communication. It's a shame because in my opinion it's not a good operation and it's worth its reputation.

07/06/2025: Are you kidding? A pizzeria where you have to wait more than an hour and a half to eat pizza. But where does the flour come from? Does it sound like a joke? There really isn't much to laugh about.

02/05/2025: Pizza definitely above average, which is at very high levels. Great quality, competitive price and quick and efficient service. The rating also includes restaurant service with excellent choices. An experience worth having that will certainly be repeated.

09/06/2025: I went to the restaurant during a very noisy evening, with a big birthday and a big classy dinner, but despite this a good organization, even if the waiters were a bit lost, in fact they also forgot to bring a pizza. All in all it's ok, the food is nothing exceptional. For the weekend I recommend booking!

05/05/2025: I went to the Islands on May 3rd to celebrate my birthday and that of a friend: a truly positive experience. Everything was excellent, from the plentiful and tasty food to the fast and helpful staff. It was a table of 23 people and we were served quickly and without long waits. We took the pizza menu and some meat menus, it was all good and hot. Good prices and also excellent entertainment, there was karaoke. We had a really good time, I thank the owners for the good impression I made with the guests and with the other birthday boy who didn't know the place. We will happily return!

22/04/2025: Informal restaurant nestled among the beautiful Coresi hills (Cori LT). The location is simple and clean with a small play area (be careful of the black cat scratching 😀) and tables overlooking a splendid panorama. Paper tablecloths, straw chairs that make your legs fall asleep after a while (I recommend comfortable cushions). The dishes served were simple and tasty. We went to spend Easter Monday and the menu was fixed, paying 30 euros each for a starter; two first courses; a second ; dessert (slice of dove) and drinks including wine, water and carbonated drink. All in all we had a good time, the place is appreciated by those who need a quiet place immersed in the countryside where they can eat without so many unnecessary frills from great chefs, eating simple but healthy food. The kindness of the staff should be highlighted. The only small flaw was the long times between one course and the next.

04/05/2025: Restaurant recommended by a friend who was certainly lucky, because the room is dirty with both the chairs and the floor with crumbs and what a lunch entails, the dishes for what they cost, as an inexperienced person I would do much better and I don't dare imagine the state of the kitchen based on the conditions of the room mentioned above, I strongly advise against it.

24/04/2025: I arrived in Gaeta from Gianola, on the website it said that the shop closed at 04:00, they arrived here at 3:20 and I found it closed

03/05/2025: Good food, minimal quantity considering the price, out of 3 people, one received their dish late and ate alone. Even after our remark, we were told that it was their “concept” and no gesture from the waiter who then even ignored us! Big disappointment

14/05/2025: The place doesn't even have space for passage because it's invaded by tables. Ordered cake for 6 people and prepared a 1.2 kg cake even though it was pointed out not to exceed 1 kg. Do you think each person eats 200 g of cake??? Normal taste and higher prices than the competition. If you want satisfaction from all points of view go elsewhere

28/04/2025: Excellent bar-pastry shop located near the central square. Good assortment of desserts and croissants, quite friendly staff.

25/05/2025: We went in a large group and I don't think that they were set up for that. Several pizzas weren't what was ordered. Starters were missed and we only managed to get one drink the whole time we were there. Pizza was very good when it arrived.

22/03/2025: Cozy place with a central fireplace, excellent food. Homemade appetizer, first course with delicious cheese and pepper, excellent meat recommended by the owner. Homemade desserts 10 and praise. Highly recommended.

22/02/2025: Esperienza totalmente da dimenticare. Faccio molta fatica a trovare un elemento positivo . Tralasciando il capello sulla tovaglia sotto il calice del vino, non trovo nulla che mi fa venire voglia di tornarci. Nel 2025 un ristorante che fa carne con tanto di brace di legna ti chiede il tipo di cottura dell'hamburger e della tagliata. Se gli chiedi una bottiglia di vino rosso la apre al tavolo davanti a te e non la porta già aperta. Sicuramente non mi aspettavo un'esperetienza da ristorante stellato ma almeno le basi.........un vero peccato perché la carne era anche buona...

04/05/2025: Locale sempre al top come il servizio e i prodotti veramente eccellenti L’unico locale ke non fa pagare il coperto è veramente una cosa unica e rara ke per una famiglia di 5 persone è come avere una pizza speciale gratis. Siete fantastici.

17/04/2025: Mimmo's pizza is historic. But among all the pizzerias that have opened in Latina over the years, this one has a huge FLA. The scale is hidden beyond the counter, and is completely covered by the girls while they weigh your pizza. So they set the price, and you just have to trust. The fact remains that here, in Via Garigliano, I always spend more than the Zodiac in Q5... even though I always get the same amount of pizza. Then, it is still forbidden by law to hide from the customer the weight, and above all the price, of what he is purchasing. I hope someone forces it on him once and for all.

27/02/2025: So good pizza, good supplì, good offer, the only thing is that, being from Rome, you can't beat pizza by the slice in Rome and I confirm that even if it's not bad here we're still 30% away from Rome
