25/08/2025: A simple fishmonger's shop from the outside, but once you sit down and eat, it's a real spectacle.
Fish, first courses, second courses, appetizers, fried dishes—something incredible. I personally had cooked salmon with side dishes, two mixed fried fish dishes, one calamari dish, and for the first course, the seafood lasagna. What can I say, ladies and gentlemen? Delicious, to say the least. The atmosphere is very basic, but if you want to return to tradition and origins, it's the perfect place.
I highly recommend going.

12/07/2026: We had to wait for a while as it was Saturday evening. The place could use a bit of an update but we had not one but 3 very delicious and perfectly cooked dishes. We are definitely coming back.
12/07/2026: Shellfish soup for 6 people. Scatter the croutons at the bottom of the soup. I agree that the soup is excellent, and the appetizer is very filling and delicious.

05/08/2026: I've been a customer at Trattoria Il Grottino for almost 20 years now, and I can assure you that I've always had good food.
The food is excellent, and the service is courteous and attentive. The experience and friendliness of Marina and Federico, the restaurant's owners, complete the overall image of the establishment.
The restaurant definitely deserves an excellent rating.
02/08/2026: We loved this traditional trattoria for its amazing fresh seafood, atmosphere and setting in the centro storico. The owners said it has been in their family for 3 generations and it seems like a well loved local. We booked ahead and our family were seated promptly but there were people queuing later on in the evening.

12/07/2026: It's my go-to place for pastries, with below-average prices and good products. The only downside is the owner's nervousness, which is often aggressive with the employees.

And then we want to talk about the desserts, like the maritozzo with cream, a taste experience. A pastry shop with plenty of space to sit comfortably, where you can relax, chat, and enjoy your order.

23/07/2026: Negative experience. Initially, I wasn't given the total bill, and after paying in cash, I wasn't given a receipt, making it impossible to properly verify the change. After pointing this out, I was given a receipt, which showed a more expensive product than the one I actually purchased. After reporting this, the owner corrected the amount and refunded me the difference. However, upon subsequent calculations, I found a difference of 10 cents less than the amount due on the change.
The amount is negligible, and for this reason, I haven't raised any further complaints. However, considering the overall situation, I can't say I had a positive experience and I wouldn't recommend the place.

The counter staff is helpful and attentive with customers.
The pizzeria is also in a great location, with comfortable outdoor tables.

Nando the host is superb!
20/02/2026: I met Nando because we share a shared passion: the best coffee ever, Illy!
From there, there have never been any disappointments: only quality products, from sweet to savory. But there's one thing you can't buy, because if you do, it means it's fake: the harmony that reigns in that place. And then the sincere smiles of the girls and Nando, their cheerfulness. I think they all have one thing in mind: making those who choose CinciNando happy!

26/03/2026: What can I say, the best croissants in the whole city, they are amazing and they have a wide selection, I used to always come for the potato and sausage sandwich, but since the gentleman who worked before stopped coming, unfortunately they stopped doing it, anyway a highly recommended place

10/05/2026: Barely decent food in a festive canteen setting. The mural at the entrance is terrifying, and the atmosphere is a bit less kitsch than at Castello delle Cerimonie. The wine list was disappointing. The only positive note was the quick service, which (fortunately) allowed us to stay in the restaurant only as long as necessary.

Excellent food and generous portions. The interior is very welcoming, elegant, and clean, while the exterior is meticulously maintained.
As you can see from the photos, we had pizza, fish dishes, and more rustic dishes, so the selection is wide and can please everyone.
