Pizzeria Fogliano In Latina

I ate very well as always. THERE WAS A LIVE GRILL and the meat was excellent, what a treat! Compliments to the owner who manages it very well. A little less so the waiters who are a bit inexperienced! I recommend this sparkling wine paid €10.

We went to Pizzeria Fogliano in Latina Lido and our overall opinion of the food was overwhelmingly positive: the pizza was truly delicious, well-topped, and the dough was light. The service was also courteous, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The pizza was thin but well-topped (Roman-style). The fried foods were delicious, as were the tasty pizzas. The place is a bit vintage but welcoming. The staff was polite and professional. There is, however, one important logistical issue to note: the place unfortunately seems to lack an adequate ventilation system. Once you leave, your clothes and hair are literally saturated with the strong smell of fried food and food vapors. Keep in mind that, once you get home, you inevitably have to throw everything straight into the washing machine and take a shower to get rid of the odor. In short: I would definitely go back for the quality of the food, but perhaps dressed very casually and knowing you'll have to change into a complete outfit after dinner!

Rustic place that I like (at least for my tastes) everything simple, plastic tables and chairs, simple, good pizza and appetizers too, kind and helpful staff, when I'm in these parts I always check first if they are open, honest prices

For me, it's important to eat well in a place where you find kindness on the menu. And besides being kind, they were friendly and quick to serve you. The place is welcoming and clean, and everything we ordered was not only good but also well-cooked (pizza) and tasty (prosciutto crudo). We ended our Valentine's Day with a millefeuille and had a lovely evening.

Food and Pizza: The pizza is exactly to our taste: light, digestible dough, and top-quality ingredients. Every bite was a pleasure; you can tell there's a lot of thought behind the ingredients. Dining Room Management: Absolutely commendable service. The staff was masterful in neutralizing the disturbance caused by a group of truly unbearable kids. They handled the situation with admirable class and determination, allowing us to enjoy our dinner despite the chaos that had ensued. In short: An excellent place where professionalism reigns supreme. If we really had to express one wish, it would be to return very soon to enjoy their pizza again... but let's hope those groups of rude kids never show up again! Congratulations to the entire team.
