01/09/2024: La classica trattoria di pesce anni 80! Soute di cozze 10 euro Insalata di polipo 16 euro Pacchero alla ricciola 18 euro (molto buono) Il posto non è bellissimo, ero praticamente fuori dal ristorante al ridosso di un marciapiede... ma al compenso la la signora che ci ha servito era dolcissima e i piatti non erano male! Avrei evitato di servire già il limone premuto sul polipo perché a non tutti piace. A due passi dalla spiaggia! Tra le 3 stelle e mezzo e le 4.. di 4 per la gentilezza della signora e il pacchero alla ricciola!

30/08/2024: Abbiamo cenato in famiglia e siamo rimasti tutti e 4 non soddisfatti...di più. Frittura atomica, insalata di polipo 🔝 pacchero alla Gaetana gustoso, ricco.. ma la pasta alla pescatora da sogno. Ottima l' orata, superfresca! Non lo consiglio ma lo straconsiglio! É stata una scoperta, uno dei migliori ristoranti di pesce che ho provato..e noi viviamo vicino al mare! Complimenti!

15/08/2024: Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole serata in famiglia (con le nostre bambine di tre e sei anni). Menù ricercato e tipico dei luoghi "della Bufala". Servizio veloce e cordiale. Prezzi in linea con la qualità dei piatti e della location. Location davvero bella,in estate abbiamo cenato nella terrazza che affaccia alla vallata. Consigliato

12/08/2024: Finally... after many disappointments tonight 12/08/24 by chance, in front of the former military district I noticed for the first time a pizzeria "da Alfonso"... but yes the usual 2 takeaway pizzas to close the evening and to say the right one for..."Go there!!! I tasted the best pizza I've ever eaten and I will be very happy to return if only for the smile and the nice manners of the owners and I insist, you will taste an exquisite pizza!

21/05/2024: Very good pizza and excellent toppings, better eaten there quickly because when you get home it doesn't retain the right flavor. Very quick in preparation and the place, even if small, is very nice. Maybe slightly high prices for the product.

09/06/2024: Very nice and comfortable hotel, very helpful staff. Clean and quiet. Excellent food both for breakfast and in the restaurant. I hope to come back soon.

26/08/2024: An experience that deserves everything it demands. Very fresh and high quality fish. Generous and tasty portions. The crumbled cake with caramelized figs is also spectacular. Highly recommended!!

25/08/2024: Che dire ..locale splendido in una "Cala Feola "da sogno ... servizio cortese... amichevole e attento. Ambiente informale. Cibo eccezionale. La parmigiana di pale di fico è da provare assolutamente. Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto . Si mangia in un posto che definirlo meraviglioso è riduttivo...e poi il pesce è freschissimo e cucinato in maniera sublime !

08/12/2023: Arrived from Salento to enjoy typical Roman cuisine. Recommended by strangers I met locally. As best in the area: . A margherita and diavola pizza, 1 liter of house white wine (water with wine), 2 large but modest appetizers in the centre. 3 first courses: strozzapreti alla matriciana. a cold shank packaged by a discount store. 2 bitters. 2 grappas. €200. Not recommended. Poor Rome ruined by shacks. but menu prices from Castelli Romani.

07/08/2024: I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! But is it possible to pay €27.50 for a hamburger sandwich with no sauces or anything, a sandwich with dried capocollo, aubergines, scamorza and ketchup, a hamburger and broccoli sandwich, two small cocacolas and a small water????? ???

24/08/2024: Nothing to do with the sushi restaurants in Rome, there is very little choice, taste nothing special... my daughter ordered Chinese and the inedible soya spaghetti full of onion, the chicken with almonds so to speak since the almonds were flaked and it was full of celery!!

21/08/2024: I didn't like it at all. The food looked and tasted completely different than what I usually eat. The waiter who served us had a lazy attitude, when he brought the dishes he seemed to be doing us a favor. Tempura full of batter with just a small piece of vegetable, sickening!! Really unremarkable environment. Very high lighting, yellow and dark, there are no reserved areas, all tables inserted like a canteen.

31/07/2024: This was our first time in the city and the first time we dined here. The restaurant doesn’t have an English menu 😁 The staff were very friendly and tried to explain the menu 😆 Half English, half Italian. It went well. The food was delicious and the cocktails were excellent.

18/05/2024: Tonight Saturday 18th at 11.30pm inside the club there was a group of boys, two very polite boys came by to sell roses, this group of boys feeling strong from the dynamics of the pack they belong to started shouting at the boy with very racist phrases. The disgust was on the part of the waitress, a girl with red hair who, instead of managing the situation correctly and taking back the group of animals, added herself to the herd as if that wasn't enough to humiliate that poor boy who left in silence after having right away. Let me start by saying that the boy also stopped by our house and never insisted. Racist and uncivilized customers I can understand but the waitress who stimulates racism and violence says a lot about the selection of staff and the politics of the place.

15/07/2024: Arriviamo alle 19:50 dopo aver prenotato. Il locale è vuoto. Ci sediamo e ordiniamo subito per 4, io mia moglie e due figli. Ci viene detto che gli antipasti sono a buffet ma ancora non sono pronti. Chiediamo quindi quanto costano e ci viene detto solo che dipende dalla quantità, la cui valutazione, a occhio, sarebbe stata fatta dal cameriere...senza spiegare altro. Rinunciato agli antipasti, aspettiamo che arrivi quanto ordinato. Solo 1 pizza arriva dopo 20 minuti. Dopo un'ora di attesa, su nostra gentile richiesta, ci viene detto in modo infastidito che il cuoco ha appena iniziato a preparare i nostri piatti, perché si è dovuto dedicare agli antipasti a buffet. Il resto delle ordinazioni ci arriva dopo più di 1 ora, il mio primo arriva dopo 1 ora e 30. Servizio caotico e approssimativo. Locale caldissimo senza aria condizionata. Il cibo è buono, ma quando arriva è passato l'appetito. E dire che essendo arrivati per primi, con i bambini, senza nessun altro cliente presente, pensavamo di cenare presto!!!

I understand that it is mid-August, but rudely replying "everything is full" and hanging up the phone in your face means that you are only interested in making "money", rather than putting customers first and being kind.

31/07/2024: If you want to eat a good pizza and drink a good beer at a more than reasonable price, you have to come to Pizzeria da Cesare. To prepare and serve at the tables, which are positioned in a large square in front of the restaurant, there is only one waitress (sometimes, but rarely, there are two) who is kind and able to best advise you on what to have. The pizza is served by the meter with 25cm cuts and multiples thereof. The environment is spartan, but clean and can hold around a hundred seats. The table is freshly prepared. On weekends you have to have a lot of patience to be served, but it's worth it if you want to enjoy dinner at a very affordable price! I prefer to eat outside: The restaurant inside is narrow. I also prefer to eat only pizza because I find the "snacks" unappealing.

22/07/2024: We arrived at this pizzeria with many good intentions because it was recommended to us by friends. The welcome wasn't the best even though there were only 20/30% of the tables occupied, we had to sit alone because no one approached us for a few minutes. I personally approached the waitress to ask if the seat I had taken was okay. After his consent we waited about 10/15 minutes. After this strange wait, we were annoyed by the fact that a family who arrived after us had their table immediately set up and their order taken. Seeing this, we calmly got up and tried to exchange glances with the waitress to greet her, but once again she didn't let us go. At that point we left.
