Absolutely loved this place ❤️ The food was amazing, the live music created such a warm atmosphere, and the whole experience felt so authentic and heartfelt. One of those places where you instantly feel comfortable and welcomed. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, and the seafood pasta was incredible 😭✨ If you are visiting Gaeta, you definitely need to come here. Such a beautiful and memorable experience.

I stopped by today to have lunch. I didnt search for this place or anything, I just came in, sat down and ordered. Mamma Mia... I was blown away. I had an octopus salad and eggplant with ricotta, a limoncello spritz and some gelato. The portions were big even as antipasti, the taste was perfect, fresh ingredients, good quality, excellent mix! They were very very accommodating, very kind, they offered me a few treats on the house, and the price was more than decent. The gentleman who is serving at the table truly represents the spirit of Italians and Valentina is an excellent chef! I cant wait to be back there and eat again. I loved it and I truly recommend La Macelleria Gaeta!

If you visit Gaeta be sure not to miss this place. The food and atmosphere are amaizing. We had a wanderful time listening to famous italian songs.

The butcher's shop is located in the beautiful village of Gaetavecchia. The place is welcoming and very charming. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. We were greeted by the owner Andrea, who kindly and attentively seated us and served us immediately. We ate excellent, high-quality food from appetizer to dessert. Both the meat and fish menus are truly delicious. We will be back very soon.

12/07/2026: We were directed to this restaurant by the guys I did a paragliding experience with. Excellent food, attentive and knowledgeable service, and a location that brings back childhood memories. We live 80 km away, but when we want a well-cooked lunch at an affordable price, we take the car and drive from Rome to Cori! Highly recommended.
28/06/2026: The food, hospitality, service and atmosphere were truly excellent. Peppe was an excellent entertainer and always made sure everything was going well.

04/07/2026: Excellent restaurant with excellent seafood. The place isn't particularly beautiful and the location is decidedly unappealing, but the quality of the food is top-notch and the owner's kindness makes this one of the best in the area. I can confirm this, having returned several times. Low prices.
04/07/2026: We stumbled upon Antica Carrera by chance, and it was a real discovery. I had the pleasure of dining there with my family for my dad's birthday, and as soon as we walked in, we had a wonderful time. The owner, Massimo, pours all his passion and love into what he does, and it shows. He was able to advise us on the dishes we ordered, and he amazed us. We started with a rich appetizer, yet with unique and incredibly fresh flavors. For our first course, as he recommended, we opted for two tastings: lobster and clam ravioli and citrus-flavored seafood risotto, each one better than the other. Then we moved straight on to desserts, knowing they were homemade by the chef, and we were blown away. The best mille-feuille with Chantilly cream and red berries I've ever had; my husband, on the other hand, had a hidden tiramisu, and I really appreciated the fact that the zabaglione cream was pasteurized, so for me, pregnant, I could finally enjoy it. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to feel pampered and eat excellent, fresh, top-quality fish.
