A place to rest your body and soul after the slog to the top of Redentore (and even for those who don't take the route!). Beautiful views, ample parking, delicious, well-cooked food (all made with top-quality ingredients). Very friendly staff despite the chaotic Sunday lunch crowds. Very fair prices. Highly recommended.

A beautiful place with a wonderful view. For a refuge, it's not difficult to get to at all. We went on Easter Monday, and the refuge offered a large parking lot. Even though there were 18 of us, we all ate together without any problems. The Angus beef is recommended. We'll definitely be back.

We left Spigno and reached Pornito on the road to the Acquaviva refuge. We had run out of water due to the few refreshment points in the area. The owners were very kind, and the refuge was beautiful, perfect for enjoying a sunset or a simple picnic. It was convenient to reach by car and was ideally located for reaching the hermitage of San Michele and the Redentore.

This Refugio is amazing, good local food and a stunning hike to a historical Rock church. Don’t miss this gem when you are near Formia. You can eat outside in the sun with the whole coastline in the background.
