The carbonara with truffle was excellent, the grilled meat was cooked to perfection, and the potato chips were fragrant. I didn't notice any negatives.

A local colleague recommended this place. A reunion with cousins, both young and old, meant a huge table. Despite this, the service was fast, the staff were extremely polite and respectful, and the food was superb, especially the meat, which was truly delicious and well-cooked. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting the chef, which is a shame, otherwise we would have complimented him in person. If I may offer a suggestion, such large tables are a bit spread out and aren't helpful for shared dishes. Two people eat, and the person at the other end of the table is left empty-handed. Everything is traditional and good, except the meat is a bit tough, especially considering the high prices. Clara's appetizer, €18, includes a small plate of cured meats and seasonal vegetables.

The first courses were exceptional: from carbonara to gnocchi with ragù, all prepared with fresh homemade pasta, truly excellent quality. You can sense the attention to ingredients and tradition. The meat also deserves a special mention: grilled to order, it was flavorful and incredibly tender. The ribs in particular were juicy and truly irresistible. The staff was kind, attentive, and always available, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. A restaurant where you eat well, feel good, and want to return. Highly recommended.
