12/10/2025: We arrived in Sora from Livorno and decided to try this place for the first time, having heard great things about it—and our expectations were not only confirmed, but exceeded! From the very first moment, we were struck by the hospitality and courtesy of the entire staff, with a special mention for Michela, who truly pampered us and made us feel at home. On Friday evening, we decided to try their meat—truly excellent—accompanied by crispy and tasty fried foods and an excellent local wine, all completely gluten-free! It's rare to find such quality and attention to detail for those, like us, with special dietary needs. We were so won over that we returned a second evening with our family to try the pizza as well: both the classic and gluten-free versions were simply amazing, fragrant, easy to digest, and full of flavor. What really made the difference, beyond the cuisine, was the warm and welcoming atmosphere and impeccable 5-star service. Congratulations to the entire Granaio team: you are a guarantee of quality, passion, and authenticity. And thank you for the AIC gluten-free guarantee. 14/11/2025: I needed to stay overnight during my trip, and since the Best Western chain is a guarantee of quality, I chose this hotel, which isn't located right next to the highway exit but is just a few kilometers away. Google Maps takes you down a road you might get lost in at night, but with a little attention, you'll reach your destination. Ample parking is available. The room was spacious but with the essentials. The air conditioning wasn't very efficient. The bed was barely comfortable, especially since it didn't have a topper. The mattress was large. The shower was unacceptable. The mixer tap didn't allow you to adjust the water temperature, and it only came out hot or very hot, almost scalding. I reported the problem to the front desk, who said they were aware of the problem but couldn't fix it. In this case, the room shouldn't be rented to guests. The breakfast was very varied, but it wasn't savory compared to the sweet options, and there were no vegetables. Just a little fruit. The breakfast staff were always helpful and attentive. It should be noted that an earthquake shook my room every time my neighbor flushed the toilet. Poorly soundproofed rooms

02/07/2025: Unfortunately, not receiving confirmation of the reservation from theforc, I called personally and they confirmed that they had not seen the reservation (I see that it has already happened from the reviews) I book and ask if I should keep the reservation on theforc or cancel it to avoid creating duplicates. If the answer is yes, I cancel. 12 people from the north and south of Italy arrived at the restaurant (we were told that it will not be possible to arrange accommodation because they only have one table for 4 and the others are booked. Given that I have come dozens of times with numerous colleagues, but evidently there are first-class and second-class customers. We lost the cost of 4 taxis.

05/10/2025: Wonderful place and friendly staff, but the food is nearly inedible and shamefully priced. They charge $30 for the suya chicken, which was literally just burnt bones (less than a couple ounces of meat on them) and a mountain of chopped onions. It also took nearly an hour from ordering to being served. I really wanted to like this place as it has a very relaxing atmosphere, but the food was extremely disappointing and overpriced.

21/09/2025: Delicious drinks. My friends really enjoyed their cocktails. I don't drink, so I got fresh squeezed juice and it was amazing. Service was good and I loved the feel of the place.

31/08/2025: We had the pleasure of staying at the Le Faeta farmhouse, near the town of Arpino in the province of Frosinone, from August 28th to 31st. We were a couple with two children, and from the first moment we realized we were in a special place, one that not only offers hospitality but also becomes a true life experience. When discussing establishments like this, it's crucial to emphasize their importance: farmhouses like Le Faeta are authentic bastions of well-being and Italian tradition. They represent not only a choice for those who want to escape the routine, but also a fundamental step in preserving and enhancing our gastronomic, agricultural, and cultural identity. Breakfast, for example, was a true journey through authentic flavors: fragrant biscuits, delicious tarts, homemade jams, and a Nutella-like chocolate spread, yet artisanal and completely unlike industrial products. To accompany all this, there were also delicious fruit juices, always locally sourced, produced directly by them, which were truly exquisite. Everything was rigorously prepared with the highest-quality ingredients, without preservatives or shortcuts. Each course conveyed attention, care, attention to detail, and respect for those who sit at the table. A breakfast like this isn't just a great way to start the day: it's an experience that lingers in your memory. During our stay, we also had the pleasure of enjoying two dinners and one lunch at the property: simply exquisite dishes, made with genuine, top-quality products. The meat was top-notch, perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, while the pasta dishes were truly fantastic, rich in flavor and prepared with the care that only authentic cuisine can convey. Every meal was a moment of pleasure and conviviality, confirming once again the extraordinary quality that characterizes Le Faeta. As for the accommodation, we stayed for three nights in the Aphrodite Room, a truly impeccable quadruple room. Hygiene-wise, it was perfectly sanitized, with spotless shelves and furnishings, welcoming, and meticulously maintained. Not just the room, but the entire property exudes order, taste, and harmony: every object is carefully placed, has its own purpose, its own history, and nothing is left to chance. In this regard, too, we can only express our complete satisfaction. But what truly makes this property extraordinary isn't just the quality of the food or the beauty of the rooms: it's the philosophy that guides it. Here, the guest isn't just a number, but a guest welcomed with warmth, respect, and dedication. This is the difference worth sharing: when you choose an agriturismo like Le Faeta, you're not just choosing a place to sleep, you're choosing to live in harmony with nature, with authentic flavors, and with true Italian hospitality. Establishments like this deserve a "gold medal" because they are true gems of our tourism: small jewels that make Italy one of the most beloved destinations in the world, not only for the beauty of its landscapes, but above all for the quality of its food, hospitality, and tradition.
