I stumbled upon this little bakery while on vacation, looking for a certified gluten-free place where I could buy some products with complete peace of mind, free from contamination. And I found... a little corner of paradise!!!! I ate a filled croissant that was out of this world. In all my years of celiac disease, I've never tasted such a fresh, delicious, and high-quality product!
