01/08/2025: The restaurant was clean and the waiters were kind and professional, but the spaghetti with clams was missing because they weren't clams but rather lupini beans that were a few days old, as most of them were dry and tasteless. The fried food was dry and had a strong fishy flavor, meaning it wasn't fresh. I'm sorry, but I won't be back. Maybe it was just me.

She says that the food that was given to us parents, the waiters did not want to give it to the child, that is, my daughter... the place is very nice, the food is good but they need to change the waiters..!! However, I had also seen them say NO to our FACE and obviously she was upset, so my husband was given the task of getting it for us and he even ate it with great interest.. so you need to change..😡

We were really very very very happy, from the first meeting I understood that we were entrusting ourselves to serious people and I wasn't wrong, in fact they went beyond our expectations…..we were followed from start to finish…. 31/08/2025: We had the pleasure of staying at the Le Faeta farmhouse, near the town of Arpino in the province of Frosinone, from August 28th to 31st. We were a couple with two children, and from the first moment we realized we were in a special place, one that not only offers hospitality but also becomes a true life experience. When discussing establishments like this, it's crucial to emphasize their importance: farmhouses like Le Faeta are authentic bastions of well-being and Italian tradition. They represent not only a choice for those who want to escape the routine, but also a fundamental step in preserving and enhancing our gastronomic, agricultural, and cultural identity. Breakfast, for example, was a true journey through authentic flavors: fragrant biscuits, delicious tarts, homemade jams, and a Nutella-like chocolate spread, yet artisanal and completely unlike industrial products. To accompany all this, there were also delicious fruit juices, always locally sourced, produced directly by them, which were truly exquisite. Everything was rigorously prepared with the highest-quality ingredients, without preservatives or shortcuts. Each course conveyed attention, care, attention to detail, and respect for those who sit at the table. A breakfast like this isn't just a great way to start the day: it's an experience that lingers in your memory. During our stay, we also had the pleasure of enjoying two dinners and one lunch at the property: simply exquisite dishes, made with genuine, top-quality products. The meat was top-notch, perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, while the pasta dishes were truly fantastic, rich in flavor and prepared with the care that only authentic cuisine can convey. Every meal was a moment of pleasure and conviviality, confirming once again the extraordinary quality that characterizes Le Faeta. As for the accommodation, we stayed for three nights in the Aphrodite Room, a truly impeccable quadruple room. Hygiene-wise, it was perfectly sanitized, with spotless shelves and furnishings, welcoming, and meticulously maintained. Not just the room, but the entire property exudes order, taste, and harmony: every object is carefully placed, has its own purpose, its own history, and nothing is left to chance. In this regard, too, we can only express our complete satisfaction. But what truly makes this property extraordinary isn't just the quality of the food or the beauty of the rooms: it's the philosophy that guides it. Here, the guest isn't just a number, but a guest welcomed with warmth, respect, and dedication. This is the difference worth sharing: when you choose an agriturismo like Le Faeta, you're not just choosing a place to sleep, you're choosing to live in harmony with nature, with authentic flavors, and with true Italian hospitality. Establishments like this deserve a "gold medal" because they are true gems of our tourism: small jewels that make Italy one of the most beloved destinations in the world, not only for the beauty of its landscapes, but above all for the quality of its food, hospitality, and tradition. 18/05/2025: We booked an hour in advance and to our surprise we found a seat right away, which made us suspicious, given the busy evening. As soon as we sat down, we ordered supplì which, it must be said, arrived very quickly. This was definitely a plus. After that, we asked for the menu… and that's where the mystery began. The menu was never seen, neither on paper nor digital, and we found ourselves having to "compose" the pizzas ourselves, since the only options were classic flavors. The pizza was decent: thin but lightly topped, overall nothing memorable. The moment of the bill, however, was the real sore point: 4 pizzas, 10 supplì, 3 half portions of plain pasta for the children, a water and a beer… total €90. No details on the receipt, no explanation. Simply a figure, and not even a low one, considering the simplicity of the dishes. In short: fast service but very approximate, average pizza, not very transparent bill. I don't think we'll go back.
