12/12/2025: A truly refined restaurant, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoyed the food: well-prepared dishes, fresh ingredients, and balanced flavors. The service was also friendly and attentive. A place where you eat well and feel at ease from start to finish.
07/12/2025: Good evening, we were in this little restaurant in the centre of Falvaterra, a clean and very welcoming place, the food was delicious, the cold cuts were local and very tasty, the first course with Falvaterra sauce was delicious and the desserts were very good, the waiter was kind and very polite. Truly congratulations!

27/10/2025: Welcoming, clean place. Professional, helpful, and extremely kind staff. We had cacio e pepe and gnocco "La Botola," which were absolutely delicious. For our main course, grilled lamb and potatoes, quality meat and flavorful potatoes. The dessert was a unique cheesecake with Irish caramel and banana, a delight. Impeccable work. ❤️ Thank you.

The only drawback is the limited parking, and the Ferentino traffic police are eager to issue fines, not even allowing short-term parking!

07/01/2026: I've been going to this pizzeria practically since I was born. It goes without saying that the pizza they serve is sublime; every time I go, it's like a return to my childhood. My favorite pizza is salami and sliced cheese, and I recommend it to everyone. The caveat is that they only serve red pizza, which can be topped with a variety of ingredients. Angelo's friendliness alone is worth the trip; it brightens up your day, as is his friendly and helpful service. The place is typical of Sora; you can really feel the tradition, and it serves traditional Sora pizza that's always piping hot. I highly recommend it.

They only serve gluten-free, so there's no risk of cross-contamination, and the pizza is truly delicious. I'd recommend it to anyone.
There aren't many tables, so I recommend booking ahead of time.
09/02/2026: Regina no gluten is a paradise for celiacs. The warm and welcoming place offers all kinds of gluten-free products, from daily groceries to baked goods and fresh pastries. And the best part is the pizzeria, which serves fantastic pizza, one of the best gluten-free pizzas in Italy! Congratulations! I think it's the first gluten-free concept store! Well done, guys.
P.S.: The prices are also relatively low for a certified and truly gluten-free place. 👏👏👏

13/02/2026: The room was poorly maintained and poorly cleaned. Not recommended despite the staff's courtesy and helpfulness. Let's just say it feels like they have no interest in running a hotel. The restaurant, however, is a different story, and it's worth it.
