We left happy to have discovered this place and a super kind, clean person who knows how to do his job....STUNNING pizza, as a pizza should be!! Plus lots of fresh vegetables and fresh beer, what more... WE WILL 1000% RETURN!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

30/08/2025: Today is Saturday, August 30th. I wanted to spend a nice, quiet day and eat well, which doesn't hurt. I arrived at the olive oil mill in Trevignano, which I already knew. Today I rediscovered good food, the friendliness of Francesco and his wife, good food, and a stunning location. I highly recommend it. Goodbye, Francesco and his wife.

05/07/2025: One of the nicest pizzerias I've ever been to. Clean, quiet, and delicious. We came here after the ceiling collapsed at a nearby restaurant. The man behind the counter --the owner? -- was extremely considerate despite it being late in the day. Highly recommend.

21/07/2025: Congratulations! We were pleasantly surprised by this experience! Two distant cultures created an alchemy of flavors, in addition to the excellent hospitality and service. All the dishes we tasted were carefully prepared and all to our liking.

17/07/2025: The staff were friendly, but the atmosphere was very basic. The good thing was the value for money: €25 for two first courses (gricia), water, service charge, coffee, and two panzanella appetizers. Otherwise, the gricia wasn't great. There wasn't the classic creamy sauce made with pecorino cheese. I wouldn't go back.

12/07/2025: cannot recommend this place enough! the staff are so lovely and were patient with the fact me and my friend aren’t that great at speaking italian! the food + coffee are great and the atmosphere is welcoming. best breakfast place in rome :)

19/08/2025: Reasonable prices given its proximity to the EUR district. The mortadella and stracciatella pizza was not good. The focaccia crust was too dry on the surface, unusual for a freshly baked focaccia. Both the mortadella and stracciatella showed signs of starting to spoil; the mortadella was very hard on the edge and soft in the center, and the stracciatella was also too separated into a ricotta-like solid phase and a watery liquid phase. I thought I'd make up for it with the dessert, but I had no luck; the dessert cream was also dry on the surface and creamy on the inside, probably from too much air. Perhaps I was unlucky with my choice of dishes; if I returned, I'd try something different. The atmosphere was refined and elegant.

07/08/2025: The fried foods are decidedly greasy and offensive in smell due to the fumes coming from the fryer. The pizza should be cut and eaten within 2 minutes, and I won't add anything else... The desserts look good but are rather bland in taste; in short, there are better. The prices aren't exactly Cecchignola-like, especially considering the quality offered. Broadcasters can view them.

17/04/2025: Well done, a true artisan pastry shop, all their desserts are excellent, from the delicious croissants and Maritozzi to the fantastic pastries, arriving at the wonderful and delicious cakes, not to forget the particular and exquisite panettone like the Easter doves. Good value for money. I definitely highly recommend it.
