15/07/2025: Friends, the pasta portion is very small and tasteless, the atmosphere is barely acceptable. It didn't look anything like the photos, and the price for a traditional pasta dish is high, which is really unfortunate.

06/09/2025: Unqualified staff. The lady brought the plates with her thumb in the food, the bottle of still water had the cap already open in the fridge, visible and served. There was a large hair in the supplì plate; when I asked for a change, they brought me the same supplì, only removing the hair. Three first courses on the menu were unavailable, the same for the second course. Not to mention the cleanliness of the bathroom downstairs, which smelled bad next to a cupboard under the stairs where the pizza chef was baking pizzas among wine boxes piled everywhere, even on the already set tables. The tablecloth was stained and slippery from dust, and the glasses upside down on the table smelled bad.

04/09/2025: A trattoria-style place from days gone by. On two separate occasions, I've had the opportunity to try their cacio e pepe and one of their main courses with sides. Everything was excellent, with generous portions at a reasonable price. The dining room makes you feel right at home.

25/08/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Pizzeria L'Economica in Rome with a group of 15, and I can say it was a truly exceptional experience! On Saturday night, the place was packed, but despite that, the staff was incredibly efficient and friendly. They kept us waiting very little for a table, and while we waited, they kept us updated on the wait. In the meantime, we had time to enjoy an excellent beer! When we were shown to our table, the service was impeccable, with one of the staff members being particularly attentive and attentive to our needs. The quality of the pizzas was excellent, and the price was more than reasonable. The value for money was truly excellent! Highly recommended to anyone looking for an authentic and welcoming pizzeria in the heart of Rome. I will definitely be back!

The appetizers were generous and tasty: fresh cured meats, flavorful porchetta, beans with sausage and pork rind—all truly delicious. The first courses? A true explosion of flavors! We ordered a gricia and a carbonara, both perfectly cooked, creamy, and rich in flavor. The menu included wine, water, desserts, and even coffee, making it an exceptional value. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was authentic, typical of the fraschettas of the Castelli Romani. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended for those looking for a true Roman experience without breaking the bank.

23/08/2025: A truly positive experience. I tried several different types of pinsa... all excellent, including the sweet one with Nutella. The service was prompt and the staff were very polite and eager to accommodate all requests. The place was well-maintained and clean. Everything was truly perfect, I'll definitely be back.

11/08/2025: I was in Rome for three days on vacation with my wife and had breakfast at this pastry shop. The place is small and very crowded. We had a delicious croissant, a cappuccino, and an excellent espresso. Finally, a coffee that doesn't taste like burnt rubber. For a barista like me, watching the guy at the machine go through all the cleaning procedures before making the coffee is wonderful. It's a shame you can't sit down, but after all, you're supposed to eat, not chat. They have some beautiful cakes on display. Well done.

09/08/2025: This is my first review, and I hope it helps improve, not criticize. I've known this place for years, and it's a regular stop whenever I visit Rome. This week, I went with two customers and found a Tiramisu where the cashier was wearing a real estate company t-shirt. It was strange, because I hadn't been here in a while, but Tiramisu should be careful about how its staff presents themselves to the public. We had two coffees and a cappuccino, prepared by a blonde woman I'd never seen before, who was behind the coffee machine. I'd avoid her; I'm Neapolitan, but even if I were from Bergamo, it was clear she wasn't up to the standard we're used to. In fact, my customers left both their coffees and cappuccinos, and I struggled to get them to return the following day. I don't understand why the coffee brand changed. It used to be delicious. This new brand, which I wasn't familiar with, was always different for five days—too strong, too light, not very fragrant, and with a hint of acidity that was almost unpleasant. The other brand was just good, however, and had an aftertaste almost on par with ours. I think you've lost out. Fantastic food, varied, and colorful. I'm really tempted by the always fresh canapés. The pastries have a wide selection—dry, fresh, and delicious cakes. The pastry shop assistant has talent and skill to spare, and is so friendly that her infectious smile alone makes you want to go there. I hope my experience will be useful to Tiramisu, so they don't lose those like me who come especially from far away.

14/08/2025: The food was divine... Gnocchi with pesto that tasted practically homemade...delicious! Fair prices, impeccable courtesy, helpfulness, and customer service, ample outdoor parking... An oasis of refreshment surrounded by nature. I'll be back in the evening to try the pizzas! Highly recommended 👌👏🏼✌️

04/04/2025: Very clean and tidy. The pizza is light and cooked properly. Supplì and textbook potatoes. Many express dishes made on the spot and then next door is the historic Vitti. Excellent!

12/08/2025: A true must-try in Frosinone and beyond. A wide variety of first and second courses of meat and fish, of excellent quality and original presentation and preparation, as well as traditional dishes from the Campania region. Excellent Neapolitan pizza, prompt and precise service. In short, if you go to Pepe Nero, whether for business or pleasure, you can't go wrong.
