Impeccable. I've been eating at Gegé since it first opened on Cassia. A guarantee. The parmigiana pizza with fried eggplant leaves that melt in your mouth, does that sound like it? The fresh basil leaf is always there. A testament to attention to detail and care 🫶🤩

One of the best pizzerias in Rome! The pizza with ciauscolo (a little-known salami from the Marche region with a unique flavor) was truly a feast for the palate. The other flavors we tried were all delicious, including the vegan ones (of which there was a good selection—not a given). The supplì were also delicious. The staff was friendly, and the place was small, but it was easy to stop for a quick bite.

Excellent pinsa and excellent supplì, there's no doubt about it: Gegè knows its stuff when it comes to Roman street food. The pinsa dough is light and digestible, the supplì are well-made and flavorful. However, I must point out one major inconvenience: there are no restrooms available for customers. During my lunch, I needed one and was unable to satisfy my request, which made the experience decidedly uncomfortable. For a restaurant that serves food, I believe the availability of a restroom is a bare minimum. I hope the management can address this shortcoming, because the food truly deserves a higher rating.

Decent pizza, only problem: I found a chicken bone inside a croquette. I mentioned it quietly and calmly, but they still charged me for the croquette even though I had thrown it away for safety. I expected a different attitude. Otherwise, average.
