30/08/2025: Highly recommended. The best sushi in the area. Superior quality. Delicious cocktails. Friendly staff.

13/08/2025: Food ordered for delivery included 2 portions of ravioli, 2 portions of spring rolls, 1 portion of chicken fettuccine, and finally 2 portions of beef curry... this last one was the worst of all. Mediocre meat, and poor curry sauce. The smell was anything but inviting, and after two tastes you'd lose your appetite completely. This last one completely ruined the order.

13/08/2025: We went here because it was close to our hotel, but what a great choice! The atmosphere is great - you can eat outdoors in the evening. It's away from the main roads so it is quieter. My partner and I could have a conversation at regular talking volume. The staff were very friendly and could speak Italian and English. Attentive but we could enjoy ourselves. Food was wonderful and seasonal. It was the best that we had in Roma during our trip. 5/5 would go back again when we visit Roma the next time.

22/06/2025: I am renewing my review after not coming for a number of years. Let's start with the waitresses who kept coughing. At least they were kind and smiling. We arrived at eight with three tables occupied and the pizzas arrived at nine. What about the watermelon seed in the pizza? I ordered the pork ribs and they arrived burnt, inedible and hard as wood. I had to send them back. At least the parmigiana was good. When the ribs came back they looked like a stew reheated in the microwave. Half hot and half cold. We ate them because we were hungry at half past nine. Two supplì ordered as an appetizer at eight arrived at the end of dinner after half past nine. We had them put in a bag and took them away. If you want to lose customers this is the perfect way. Old review: We are regulars at the place which is nice and we usually eat well. Unfortunately the last time 3/6/18 with a half-empty place we waited an hour for the pizzas and we had to ask twice for the beers that arrived after 40 minutes. We did the pizza tour asking for classic pizzas and we got a pizza with zucchini and shrimp, to finish strawberries with soft cream. This time we are not satisfied.

01/07/2025: "A hidden gem in the alleys of Montelanico" We discovered Il Frantoio thanks to an online search, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The restaurant is located among the charming alleys of Montelanico and we had the pleasure of dining outdoors, immersed in an authentic and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying local cuisine. We started with a plentiful and genuine house appetizer, with flavors that tell the story of tradition. To follow, an excellent coda alla vaccinara: soft, rich in flavor, prepared with great care. The potato dumplings with courgette flowers were a real delight: delicate and well-balanced, a pleasant surprise. The service was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere familiar and welcoming. An experience that left us fully satisfied and that we recommend to anyone who wants to savor true local cuisine in an intimate and characteristic setting. Average prices.

31/05/2025: As a pizza chef I eat pizza when I go out with friends and family I would say they can do better with the pizza Mozzarella on the Margherita was too burnt, the dough was almost uncut, the sausage was cooked separately, they don't make pizzas like that Disappointment I will never eat pizza here from my point of view, not recommended, the meat and pasta are really good

06/09/2025: Food and service were exceptional. We came 3 of the 4 nights we were in Rome. Albert the manager is so hospitable and kind. The food is exceptional! Some of our favorites: eggplant parmigiana, rigatoni with meat sauce and pizza margarita. Don’t miss out on this gem of a place!

12/08/2025: We went there by chance because we were looking for a quick dinner. It's a nice place but nothing special. The food is good—a special mention goes to the meatballs in tomato sauce. The service is friendly and fairly quick. The price is a bit high; when I hear "osteria," I think of a somewhat basic place with generous portions and reasonable prices. Here, the place is small but well-prepared, and the food is decently portioned. But when you start charging me €3 for two pieces of bread, I change my perspective from "osteria" to "restaurant." In conclusion, if you go, be careful about what you order, because you risk paying more than if you go for fish.

06/07/2025: Great food, but the wine is served warm, and the waiter did not allow us to order a different pasta per person, he insisted we all had the same pasta as it would be easier to cook (we were a group of 4). However the elderly gentleman who recieved us at the door was extremely polite. The carbonara is great, the prosciutto and melon entree was amazing (a must have), but I do not recommend their version of the tiramisu.

18/08/2025: Beautiful location, surrounded by greenery, and in the summer it's definitely a plus. Plenty of parking both inside and on the surrounding streets. The farmhouse itself could use some updating or renovation. We tried the pizza twice, which was very thin and crispy. Unfortunately, the second time it arrived with the crust completely burned. Serving a pizza like that shouldn't happen in my opinion. I have a hard time believing people who talk about the pizza being amazing, but perhaps they have unique tastes. Very friendly service.

22/05/2025: Discovered thanks to my son who goes to high school nearby, they are really worth a visit, if you are in the area. Delicious bread and cakes, a nice assortment of croissants and stuffed parcels ... You are spoiled for choice, and you can never go wrong.

27/08/2025: I was here for dinner! Trattoria near Piazza Navona! If you want to eat without formalities and drink good wine, then this is the place for you! Large wine list, you will get lost) There are many cheeses and snacks to choose from! There are also products of our own production! The staff is attentive! The food is served quickly! The check for one person with antipathy and a second course with water came to 35 euros!
