Quality food, based on the classic "big four" of Roman cuisine (Amatriciana, Gricia, Carbonara, and Cacio e Pepe), a friendly, informal atmosphere, and a good price.

We had a wonderful meal! Traditional cuisine, reasonably priced, and friendly, professional yet approachable service. It's a shame we only stayed in the area for one dinner; we would have happily returned the next evening.

A perfect little place for dinner with friends. The owners are incredibly kind, we felt right at home! The food is truly delicious, with perfect portions for a variety of appetizers, first courses, second courses, and dessert! Their homemade limoncello is delicious! A perfect evening!

First visit to the Osteria. Roman cuisine. There's not much choice on the menu, but there's a daily special, which likely varies.
The interior is a bit small, but there's a sheltered outdoor area for those who want to venture out in the winter, which is definitely more enjoyable in the summer.
From what I ordered, the bruschetta and supplì were excellent. The carbonara was good, but not great! A little too much bacon oil. And I prefer it creamier. For my taste, the tripe was absolutely awful: with fresh tomato pieces, it wasn't very flavorful, but it was the taste itself that I didn't like. Even those who ordered tripe didn't like it. Perhaps it's the Roman type I often get, and I don't like it.

Nice place, good food. I particularly liked the appetizers: Tomatoe Bruschetta and Fried Stuffed Squash Blossom. The lamb chops were solid as well.
Reservations are strongly recommended as this place is very popular with the local families and is usually booked solid if you try and walk in during dinner time.

Back after a few years, everything changed: Carbonara with uncrispy bacon and a scrambled egg... Disappointing.

Discovered through friends, simple and welcoming place, friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent dishes at reasonable prices.
Carbonara and gricia are spectacular; I'll try the others next time.
The main courses are also good, always with just the right amount of spice.
The wine is a bit disappointing (as if...).
I'll definitely be back!
