01/06/2025: English: I have been going to the Brunori bar for 35 years, contrary to what you might think I am not a "regular" and for this reason I am positively struck by how, after a long time, there is always the same very welcoming and respectful management: whether you are here for a coffee or for lunch you will always be welcomed, with that Roman welcome, a little carefree and light that, personally, I love. The Bar is located in front of the Ardeatine Walls, offers the possibility of sitting outside, there are very pleasant and shaded tables; together with all the beautiful things that you can expect from a Roman bar, cappuccinos, aperitifs, sandwiches, Roman pizzas etc., entering you find yourself, as if by magic, in a fantastic collection of vinyls dedicated to rock and pop music, which the owner shares with guests... for some time now there have also been cult objects inspired by pop and rock icons, t-shirts and more. Another very nice thing is that they sell paper newspapers here and so I would definitely recommend a walk along the sunny Mura Ardeatina and a break at the Bar Brunori, including newspapers!

15/07/2025: The best food is usually at places that don't brag. We walked by this place 4 or 5 times before we knew it existed. Only two English menus is a sign of authenticity.

22/08/2025: Rooftop with an amazing view. Good service, but the cocktails were not up to our expectations. 22€ for a cocktail that was a bit classic, we were a little bit disappointed. Nevertheless the wine was very good. So, if you want amazing cocktails that might not be the place to go and you could always have some wine. But the view is incredible so we highly recommend that you try this place.

28/08/2025: Welcoming place The staff was a little tired, it was around 3 pm Very well stocked, with various types of bread, pizza, drinks, nice cuts of meat, and lots of side dishes.

26/08/2025: I occasionally go to get some bread or pizza, but the annoying thing is seeing the people serving the cold cuts touching them with their bare, far from clean hands without at least using gloves!

12/07/2025: Excellent service. Courtesy and expertise. Prices are a bit higher than average. The food is good and healthy, but nothing special. No air conditioning, and the space is small.

31/08/2025: I had the opportunity to eat excellent porchetta in Grottaferrata in August 2025. I was intrigued the previous evening when I came to town for dinner, and the next day I decided to come for lunch to have a porchetta and vegetable sandwich. The restaurant is located on Viale San Nicolo, with a large parking lot in front. It looks like a small wooden house with several tables around it. Its simplicity makes it a good place (I felt like I was at the festival in Avetrana, TA, that takes place around August 12th). The porchetta is very good and can be accompanied with various ingredients (for example, cheese, grilled vegetables, olives). There is no table service, but the staff is courteous and friendly. On this occasion, I had a porchetta and grilled vegetable sandwich with a 66cl bottle of beer. I was very pleased with the combination of porchetta, grilled zucchini, and beer. In total I spent 10 (ten) euros. I recommend it.

04/09/2025: It feels like a neighborhood cafe. The owner is friendly, the coffee is delicious, and I love having coffee and cornetto in the morning. due cafe and un cornetto = 4 euros!

24/07/2025: It was worse restaurant durong my 1 week stay in Italy. This rest have good rating, but it is not true. We ordered pasta, beef, and fish. Pasta carbonara, beef - il tuo cuoco non sa assolutamente come cucinare la carne!! It was tough, tasteless!!! Waiters - one was drunk, another - young girl who doesn't know anything. We asked olive oil and balsamico... Finished!!!! In Italian restaurant!! Bread - ugly. We were waiting for the food and even starters - 1 hour!!!! Don't go here!!!
