17/09/2025: Soya latte was ok today, but a male barman’s joke about temptation eating was quite unnecessary and made me change my mind about buying a tart. I don’t have issues with weight, although I imagined if I a client with eating disorder was there instead of me and it made me feel sorry.

13/07/2025: As an American traveling thru Italy I was absolutely blown away by the Chef's Express. Each one we stopped at was unique and the food offerings were amazing. When asked by one of our hosts, what did I like most about where we visited, I replied "the chef's express"! they have everything lol.. Venice was nice too!

02/11/2025: Everyone was very kind...a real pleasure...the baby Rom was a little smelly...but despite that, she was really nice and clean on the changing table!!!

20/08/2025: We went for Ferragosto (August 15th). The welcome was friendly. Each table has its own charcoal and wood barbecue. The areas are sheltered by gazebos and olive trees. There's background music. You can also order and eat on site. They have a kitchen and bar. We learned they also offer three B&B rooms. Restrooms and taps with drinking water are available. Ideal for a holiday picnic or other celebrations. Celeste and Mara, the owners, are always available and ready to help with any needs. Beautiful location, surrounded by greenery. Ample on-site parking. We'll definitely be back.

27/07/2025: I organized my partner's 30th birthday party here. I already knew the owners' efficiency, but yesterday I was pleasantly surprised. We and our guests enjoyed a wonderful atmosphere, impeccable organization, and excellent food, prepared with meticulous attention to detail (even for me, a celiac). I recommend this place both for evenings organized by them and for private events.

10/10/2025: We went there for a large, excellent gelato. The cream was delicious, and the staff was friendly. We'll definitely be back.

28/09/2025: The croissant was good...the cappuccino, however, had too much foam. The place is cute and bright. The price was also fair.

26/10/2025: Really disappointed, mainly due to the fact that the air conditioning in our Junior suite did not work. When we queried this the staff said that they can only alter the temperature from reception. The temperature remained sweltering in our room for the duration of our stay, with little sleep had. When I took this up with the Manager/Supervisor on check out he could not have cared less, disbelieving me and telling me their stats show the temperature was fine. He could have handled my complaint so much better rather than going on the attack. It’s a shame as the Hotel had character with a nice spa. Just let down by the way a genuine complaint is handled by management I don’t consider this Hotel 4 star if no air con is available, as this is vital for guest comfort and a good nights sleep. Charging high prices creates high expectations.
