I came for breakfast before leaving. The counter staff was really kind, everyone was very polite, attentive, and caring. But what shocked me was the manager's attitude, which, in a decidedly inappropriate tone, humiliated and treated the counter staff badly. There were many customers, all served and satisfied. I'd like to give this lady some advice: "To be a great manager, there's no point in imposing yourself with arrogance," but you have to respect the people who work in a certain place. I wasn't the only one at the counter who noticed this annoying attitude. Next time I come back, I won't stop for breakfast, precisely because of the annoyance this manager's attitude caused me.
