I didn't expect much since it was just a rest stop, but first off, the restrooms were the cleanest and best I've seen in Europe. You can buy fresh and delicious sandwiches at a good price. Above all, all the staff were friendly. I mistakenly ordered a latte instead of a caffè latte, but they just poured a shot of espresso into the milk for me. It was a level of kindness I haven't experienced anywhere else in Europe; I was truly touched.

There's a strong smell of sewage in the parking lot. The wine at the autogrill is very expensive, even though they say it's on sale.
