09/11/2025: Unfortunately, my lunch experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The wait was truly excessive: after consuming the first course, we waited about 40 minutes for the second course, which ultimately never arrived. We were forced to get up and leave the table without being able to finish our meal. The staff seemed inattentive and poorly organized. The quality-price ratio was also poor: the "tortelli trio" consisted of 15 tortelli for €18, a quantity that didn't justify the price. Furthermore, the chairs were uncomfortable and the outdoor seating area was rather cold, with no measures taken to make the atmosphere more comfortable. When it came to the bill, we encountered another inconvenience: a sign at the register stated that separate bills were not accepted, which made splitting the payment quite difficult given that we were a group. Overall, what should have been a pleasant lunch turned into a disappointment. I would not recommend this restaurant.

09/11/2025: The staff were mostly friendly, but most didn't speak enough Italian to take an order or accommodate a request. The location was very nice, overlooking the river, but unfortunately, since we visited in the fall, insects fell on our table, on our plate, and probably even in our drinks, while the lost waiter wandered around with the glass, asking half the tables who had ordered it. The greasy cutlery and dirty knives were also reported by the tables next to ours, not to mention the excessively long wait times. At the very least, it would have been appropriate to provide coverings for the metal chairs; even an optional cushion or blanket would have been more than adequate given the cold season. Returning to the wait times, 40 minutes for the first course, which was undoubtedly good, but we had to cancel the second course after another good half hour of waiting between the first course and the final decision to leave the restaurant. I conclude by saying that the restaurant informs its customers at the last minute that it does not want to pay for separate bills, by posting a note at the register, and not even offering the option of splitting the bill for larger groups, as happened in our case where one person had to pay for everyone. By also posting a note inside the menu, this inconvenience could have been avoided. Perhaps when it's warmer and there are fewer people, the weather is even better and the food could be better.

29/11/2025: As soon as we sat down, the waitress came right away to take our order, and we all chose the all-you-can-eat menu of tigelle and gnocco fritto. Usually, at any tigelle restaurant, you could order the ayce option and have both all-you-can-eat tigelle and gnocco fritto, as well as cured meats and sauce. Not here, though. You only get all-you-can-eat tigelle and gnocco fritto, and the €16 package includes shared sauces and cured meats for each person (5 cured meats, but really, 15g of cured meat). The tigelle and gnocco fritto also seem frozen. We also had to order an extra cutting board because the quantity given was really small, and obviously we also asked for some tigelle. Needless to say, we waited 30 minutes for some tigelle and a cutting board (which luckily was a little larger than the other one included). During this wait, we also complained about the delay, and after our complaint, we saw that they had just started cutting the cured meats (by the way, the restaurant was half empty, so it wasn't because they were busy).

22/11/2025: Unfortunately, coming to this restaurant wasn't a good choice. We arrived at 8:00 PM, and at 9:15 PM, the first menus were brought to us with undercooked tigelle and greasy gnocchi, not to mention the awful sauces. Every time we asked for another round of tigelle, we waited at least 20 minutes. We definitely won't be returning.

11/11/2025: Nice place, fast service and good pizza and first courses too

09/11/2025: We made a reservation, but they didn't even check when we arrived. The fried food was a little too greasy. The pizzas were very good. The waiter was young, but lacked empathy. The service was fast... too bad the bill was mistakenly increased for dessert. When I pointed it out, he didn't even check with the waiter, but he refunded us with a few apologies... It seemed routine... It didn't leave a good impression on me!

13/05/2025: Very charming place in the lower Veronese, built by recovering an old mill part of a large Venetian courtyard in red bricks. The restaurant is really beautiful, comfortable, you eat well, especially meat-based dishes.

17/02/2025: I arrived at this hotel, everything was very nice, except that I paid for four nights and I could only stay for two without any refund. I returned for another two nights hoping for a bit of a discount but nothing. The lady is very strict and advised me to book on booking.com

07/11/2025: I went to this place with friends, I don't recommend it! It's not a modern place, it's unhygienic, the pizza is inedible, flies are everywhere, I had a Coke and it was flat and expired. I don't recommend it.

29/10/2025: We had a great time. The staff was friendly and the food we ordered was delicious and plentiful. The place is a bit dated, but so are we, and we like simple things. Thanks, we'll definitely be back.

17/10/2025: The food was delicious. Unfortunately, they didn't have pizza for lunch, which we were really craving. The spaghetti was delicious, though.

13/10/2025: At lunch, I found a birthday party with more than half the room occupied by people screaming, children running around, and a DJ blasting music. It was so loud it was impossible to talk, and the service was embarrassingly slow. When I asked to turn the music down, the answer was, "They paid, so they can do it!" Not recommended.

05/06/2025: Mein Mann bestellte Teigwaren und ich Vitello Tonato. Leider wird dies nur mit Mayonnaise mit etwas Thon serviert. Sehr schwer.... Nicht zu empfehlen. Die Weinkarte ist super...

14/05/2025: We hadden de pasta carbonara en de lasagne. Deze waren gewoon oke maar niet wow voor italie. Porties waren ook zeer klein. Daarom nog een tiramisu genomen en deze was wel voor veel italianen een klap in het gezicht. Beoordeling is oke Je betaald 2euro tafel kost pp

29/11/2025: We came to this pub taking advantage of TheFork's 50% discount on food. The food was the only positive: good burgers and excellent paprika fries. Unfortunately, everything else was ruined by the waiter's behavior. From the moment we ordered, his attitude was insistent and annoying: he offered us appetizers three times even though we had already clearly declined. Constant insistence, truly unprofessional. The worst, however, was when I asked for a 0.25 beer and he brought me a 0.50 without asking or warning. Considering that TheFork does NOT offer a discount on drinks, it seems like a deliberate choice to make us spend more. This is unfair behavior that gives the impression of an attempt to rip off the customer. It's a shame, because the food is worth it, but this kind of service completely ruins the experience. We won't be returning.

29/11/2025: I often go to this place because I have a great time, the quality of the food is excellent and the chef brings out the best in it.. beers of all kinds, even strawberry 🍓 very good by the way! Highly recommended!

12/07/2025: Either you have a great spirit of adaptation or in that case I prefer to recommend a hotel with more suitable comforts (and maybe even cheaper)

23/09/2025: They forced me to order with deliceroo or no delivery. The pizza arrived half an hour late, unsliced, and cold. The only positive thing was that the pizza was good. But I wouldn't recommend anything else.

04/12/2025: I'm used to traveling for both work and vacation. I chose this hotel because my standards are very high, so I wasn't expecting a 4-star superior room with a headboard in such poor condition that only the photos can tell you. Shocking... incredibly hard bed... I've never experienced such a hard mattress, and never in 50 years of hotel business (but obviously this is just my personal opinion) without a topper...

28/09/2025: We were very satisfied here this evening. The prociutto e funghi con cipolle pizza was one of the best pizzas we've ever eaten. The grilled fish platter was 10 out of 10. The fish, prawns, and calamari were juicy and hot. The long platter on which everything was arranged was a sight to behold, and all for €25. We paid €4 for the 1/4 glass of very good house wine, red/white. The pizza was €10 plus €1 for the extra onions. I think the photos speak for themselves.
