11/04/2025: Solid cuisine. Prices go up. Don't eat lasagna. Very small portion. Not hot. Not baked properly. That was nothing!

25/10/2024: We had lunch here on a wet Saturday. Food was amazing- completely spoilt for choice. That seafood spaghetti was beautiful! Service was truly outstanding. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were ok even offering to charge our phone (took too many photos) and checking up on us. We will most definitely be back!

02/03/2025: Personale gentile ed accogliente.Tipica osteria dove entrando il tempo si è fermato,un po’ antiquato.Una grande pecca è che quando devi andare in sala attraversi la cucina perciò non è igienico. Sul cibo c’è da migliorare,primo quando siamo andati noi c’erano solo gnocchi e sono di media qualità.Non lo consiglierei

19/01/2025: Di ritorno dall’Alto Adige abbiamo pensato di fermarci a Verona per mangiare. Per caso siamo passati davanti a questa antica Osteria. Aperta la porta ti avvolge subito una sensazione “di casa”, una ragazza gentilissima e sorridente ci ha accolto e preparato un tavolo che si era appena liberato. Il locale è piccolo, semplice e accogliente. Due primi e bolliti come secondo. Questo era il menù di oggi. Molto buoni i bolliti con la pearà e la salsa verde. Con le Zanzarelle in brodo (fantastiche!) ho ritrovato sapori e risvegliato ricordi. Grazie Marisella da Perugia

18/11/2024: If it was a 3 star hotel I would give an higher score… but it is not. Apart from the great art collection all the rest was a shame. Rooms with no maintenance, old bath/shower. Spa was closed and no one told us at booking. Bar was always unattended. Michelin star restaurant not at standard. No service in general. Staff was friendly and helpful and they give us a discount at check out (nice). Maybe in high season with swimming pool and spa open could be a different experience.

11/03/2025: I state first and last time... Excellent location.. Well-kept place... clean and everything well displayed... of course no parking in Bardolino in the centre! Non-existent slide for disabled people... helped by my husband... large toilet but it was not suitable for a disabled person... only men and women. Naturally booked the day before...luckily. Luckily we arrived an hour early and were served quickly... Excellent food...congratulations... My criticism consists of these two points... First of all, novice waitresses in any way... they treat each other badly in front of the customers... the maitre d' made some truly embarrassing scenes... incredible nervousness... this is a job where you enjoy it by transmitting positivity... seeing an inexperienced waiter terrified... not good!... the smile always... he wonders if the dishes were to his taste in order to report to the kitchen... a maitre d' who passes by and sees empty plates on the table doesn't wait 20 minutes for the waiter to collect them... he does it him... and if you ask for a dessert without waiting times, he doesn't bring it, saying it wasn't my job... even if with a smile... asked given the waiting times of the diners next to us... Second, when you pay the bill, a smile and a kind word make the difference... even with new customers...

29/03/2025: Good food, decent place, excellent service. The sore point was the price which was expensive because we asked for a taste of 4 types of rice, took 3 dishes of each type to share among 6 people, except the one with frogs which prepared 4 portions, 2 l of wine on tap, limoncino, coffee and water, €43 per person. In my case, since I had sleeve surgery so I ate a miserable plate of food, it was the fact that they refused to separate my bill, which has already legally wronged more than one restaurateur who uses the signs placed at the entrance "no separate bills" Ps. Check the receipt because we found ourselves with extra dishes!!
