Paglia & Fieno In Cerea

Excellent pizzeria in Cerea. The pizza dough is light, fragrant, and one of the best I've had in a pizzeria recently, very easy to digest. The menu offers a wide variety of flavors, and the quality of the product is truly top-notch. Two of us went on Saturday evening. If you don't reserve, there's a 15-20 minute wait. This is respectable, but there are also some delays in the service, which was pleasant and friendly, just not the fastest. The place is clean, pleasant, and has a casual, no-frills atmosphere, making it perfect for a pizza with friends or family. The prices are definitely competitive, especially considering the quality of the pizzas, desserts, and the complimentary digestif at the end of the meal. When I'm in the area again, this will definitely be my go-to! See you next time!

I ordered a double-dough pizza through a delivery service (I didn't see the inside of the place). It arrived hot and fragrant: truly delicious! A surprise. Recommended.
