13/04/2026: While many "osterie" in Verona exist only on paper, Caffè Dante Bistrot is one of the few places that truly delivers on its promises. An elegant restaurant, with tables overlooking one of the city's most beautiful squares. The service is professional, competent, and always top-notch. We ordered the Amarone risotto for both lunch and dinner on the same day: simply one of the best I've ever eaten. A dish executed with precision, balance, and respect for tradition. The wine list doesn't boast thousands of labels like some nearby establishments, but each bottle is carefully selected and of high quality. The staff knows how to recommend the perfect pairing, and that's worth more than an endless list. The design touch is also beautiful: some artistic lamps by Linea Zero, a historic Veronese company that has been producing interior lighting since 1973. A detail that speaks volumes about taste and identity. A place that doesn't disappoint and that lives up to its promise.
