04/04/2025: I have been going to the place for 5 years, it is very nice but the staff are not professional. This morning on 04/04/25 I ordered an extra brioche, the waiter who was a black person I don't know his name was chatting at the counter. after a long wait I had to kindly ask for the brioche he calmly replied I had to cut it because if my husband felt it it wouldn't look good. These guys have to learn education first of all especially with a job where you are in contact with people

02/04/2025: I have come several times, because the quality of the pastries is excellent and well-finished, but the service remains lacking, despite there being 6-7 waiters at the counter and in the dining room; some are slow and awkward, as well as being “not very concentrated” and welcoming. I usually buy the pastries directly without consuming them on the spot to avoid waiting, given that their strong point is the excellent quality and the flavor of the pastries in general.

30/12/2024: For me it is a unique pizzeria in the sense that they make all possible types of pizza with different doughs, there is no shortage of choice, they are very good and the managers are very nice, I highly recommend you try it.

15/09/2024: I'm sorry to fail it 100%: more than an hour passed between the order and the time they were served. The 2 pizzas were not only small but also unleavened and raw. The justification was that there was no pizza chef, having said this I do not recommend this place..

11/04/2025: We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening at the Taverna dei Capitani. As soon as we entered, we noticed the loving atmosphere - our table was very attractively set and immediately conveyed a feeling of special hospitality. The food was simply excellent: the spaghetti carbonara was perfectly seasoned, wonderfully creamy and yet light - a real taste experience. The beef fillet was cooked to perfection, tender and of excellent quality. The service also left nothing to be desired: attentive, warm and yet pleasantly unobtrusive. You can feel that people work here with passion. A place we will happily return to – absolute recommendation!

24/03/2025: Eaten among others, an octopus with potatoes. The octopus smelled, it was spoiled. Fact presented but it was still counted. Absurd

06/04/2025: It's very well located, the terrace is huge, The service is fast, and the food is average. It's not cheap given its location. You can find other restaurants of the same quality nearby with better prices.

16/04/2025: We went to the cafe for a cappuccino and non-alcoholic aperitif. We were able to sit outside in the sun right by the water, the view was great and it was beautifully planted. The service is also very good and friendly. We had a lovely stay.

11/04/2025: Sono andato con degli amici in questo ristorante all’interno dell’hotel Magnolia nel piacevole contesto di Cavaion Veronese. L’ambiente è classico, il personale molto gentile. Abbiamo quasi tutti voluto assaggiare il piatto della casa, i gigli alla Porca Loca, che ho trovato particolarmente appetitosi, Mi ha sorpreso molto anche la tenerezza del filetto di manzo che è stato servito cotto alla perfezione e con un ottimo contorno. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo Bardolino Le Fraghe.

17/04/2025: This place is a no frills neighbourhood bar, where you seem to be able to get everything from Ripasso to a Long Island iced tea, coffee and warm snacks, for very reasonable prices (and a toilet with a seat and a mirror! 😆) the man who runs the bar is super friendly and plays some good eighties tracks.

08/02/2025: Indecent service, you wait a long time, even when the bar is empty. Owner who went into a rage when a simple observation was made to him. Please don't make any comments if you don't want to be treated badly. (Seeing is believing). The quality of the food is not exactly at the top, and they aren't even very seasoned. Shame on the prices too, a coke €4.50. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

12/04/2025: Family dinner, delicious and very digestible pizza. Trout, not frozen, cooked on the grill… amazing. Polite and very helpful staff. We will definitely be back.

09/04/2025: Il locale, che si trova a pochi metri dalla piazza centrale di Valeggio, è piccolo ma accogliente ed anche i tavoli non sono spaziosi ma sufficienti. Simpatica anche la cameriera. Tutto bene quindi ma ció che appare subito carente sono le porzioni davvero troppo limitate nelle quantità: 4 cappellacci per 18 euro sono un po’ cari anche se buoni. Molto meno buoni invece gli agnolotti con ripieno d’anatra (20 euro) e conditi da una salsa ai frutti rossi e cioccolato fondente, Il cioccolato, infatti, mal si sposa con l’insieme. Comunque un ristorante discreto che dovrebbe però non lesinare tanto sulle quantità. Molto apprezzabile il pane caldo e saporito che ci è stato servito. Un pasto medio di primo e secondo con un bicchiere di vino costa circa 50 euro a persona. Credo che, evitando di eccedere negli ingredienti delle salse e, soprattutto, maggiore generositá nelle porzioni, il locale possa diventare una meta davvero molto interessante.

09/04/2025: A Valeggio sul Mincio per un breve soggiorno ci siamo imbattuti, pe caso, nella Hostaria MARSALA 2 attratti dal menù "Degustazione Tortellini" (la specialità del posto). Scelta fortunata e azzeccatissima! Dire semplicemente che abbiamo cenato bene non rende l'idea delle prelibatezze che ci hanno proposto Niro e Sharmy: tutto eccellente, dai "famigerati" tortellini al maialino al forno al polpo arrostito per finire ai dessert! Tanto soddisfatti che l'ultima sera del nostro soggiorno ci siamo tornati. Se a tutto ciò aggiungiamo la simpatia e la gentilezza dei gestori nonchè il prezzo congruo possiamo concludere con un "DA NON PERDERE!!!"
