24/10/2025: A very convenient location for those looking for accommodation outside Verona, with a nice shopping center across the street. You can have lunch and dinner served by Alberto, a very kind and helpful person. His wife is an excellent cook, capable of preparing exceptional first courses and delicious second courses using local vegetables. What's even better is the very reasonable price.

06/10/2025: Eating is fine but in the rooms the mother-in-law who lives there makes a terrible noise

The food is excellent, for a bar, with seemingly simple dishes, but of the highest quality! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and unconventional. A unique experience. You can find all this much more easily in Marano di Valpolicella, with the same manager and the same passion, but in a different setting: Bar Chessa.

13/11/2025: I happened upon it by chance one Sunday for lunch, and the very kind lady made room for us. We ate really well (salami appetizer, ricotta and spinach cannelloni, cod with polenta, sliced ​​meat with roast potatoes, and tiramisu). I would recommend everything I tried. 18/11/2025: It's late November, and the days are still surprisingly sunny, inviting us to take long walks. We stopped by chance in front of the restaurant and, seeing that there were free seats in the sun, decided to give it a try. After a while, however, we sat inside because it was starting to get cold outside. I was pleasantly surprised by the food: for our first course, we chose spaghetti allo scoglio, truly perfect! This was followed by a delicious mixed fried fish dish, light and perfectly crispy. The service was excellent; the young man who served us was professional, cheerful, and gave us excellent advice. There was also a woman in the dining room with him, perhaps the owner. A little tip: those sitting inside, near the counter, can easily hear any complaints from the staff, so it's best to avoid them or keep your voice down a bit. All in all, I'm giving it 5 stars because we really enjoyed our meal: excellent food, attentive service, and excellent value.

We weren't entirely satisfied with the execution. The tartare was good, the bigoli cacio e pepe, I think, had cream in it, and the cutlet was very thick and the breading was falling off. Decent.
