04/01/2026: Excellent 4-star L hotel in a central location in Garda, with on-site parking, a top-notch restaurant under the guidance of chef Andrea Costantini, a delicious breakfast, and attentive and caring staff, always kind and helpful, despite the stress of the impeccable and unforgettable New Year's Eve dinner. The wellness center and spa area includes a Turkish bath, two saunas at different temperatures, a herbal tea area, a relaxation area, and three pools (cold, warm, and hot water). In short, an unforgettable New Year's Eve holiday. Thank you.

02/01/2026: A fairly pretentious hotel, but rather dated and worn in many areas. Excellent service, exquisite staff. The spa area is very beautiful. However, claiming to be a 4-star superior hotel, many aspects need improvement: Breakfast, the desserts, are paltry and not very good. Room decor is completely lacking, a small welcome, and even the bathroom is lacking. The carpet is perhaps the worst part, stained and worn in many places. As for the restaurant, there's a mix of light and shade, but perhaps we didn't understand the philosophy.

28/09/2025: I was very disappointed with my visit. There was a bird tied to a wooden pole in the restaurant – an absolute no-go for me. Animals shouldn't have to suffer for entertainment or decoration. It completely ruined my appetite. It's a shame that living creatures are treated like this here.

An authentic place, made of people even more than coffee. Recommended for those looking not only for a good coffee, but also for a pleasant time. Truly excellent. I recommend the "house aperitif."

17/01/2026: Excellent bar... historic pub. Music. Delicious sandwiches, piadinas, and much more.... Kind and friendly young people, beautiful as if they were family. Super spritz: always two at a time: Aperol and Campari... and if you want a real Hugo, which there are no others like it around, and a real Spritz... well... try it! 😂 A must if you come to Cologna Veneta!

18/01/2026: You walk into the Civico2 pizzeria, on the ground floor of a residential building in the province of Verona, read the menu, and you feel like you've landed in downtown Milan: pizzas cost €14-15, bottled beers cost €7.50, ingredients described in elaborate capital letters to convey exclusivity (Prosciutto di Coscia—what else is it supposed to be?), a €2.50 cover charge with a breakfast placemat, breadsticks, and a paper napkin (tablecloths are out of fashion). The paintings on the walls speak of "water and flour, the ingredients of pasta and pizza, the foundation of our culture," but here nothing of our culture remains: a worker has to work two hours to pay a fortune for a perfectly ordinary pizza in this place, here the food is transformed into a narrative to make the cash register ring—losing sight of quality. The taste of this product of water, flour, and various ingredients seemed tempting from the photos I saw online, but it turned out to be disappointing: the crust of my pizza was inexplicably non-classic (nowhere near as such on the menu), with this strange structure that left the dough still raw inside. Digestion wasn't optimal, and I was extremely thirsty when I woke up. My friends called it "rubbish," but I'll just say that, considering the price, it was a huge disappointment.

27/12/2025: Excellent family-run trattoria with still affordable prices. The tortellini di Valeggio on the menu are excellent. The friendly and helpful staff let me sample the wines and choose the right one. Recommended.

09/11/2025: The atmosphere is that of a true traditional Valeggiano restaurant. Traditional dishes are prepared to perfection, and the best homemade tortellini in Valeggio are a must! 😘😘 Sabrina and Monica treat their customers like family, highly recommended!

The food arrived very quickly, the service was quite prompt, the atmosphere was clean, and I thank all the waiters, who were kind and courteous, and treated us very kindly. We always know the kids are having fun and we can eat in peace thanks to the babysitting service in the playroom. The food is good and high-quality, without being overpriced. 25/01/2026: Quality and friendliness are the order of the day here. Our daughter is celiac, and they served us excellent dishes especially for her. They know exactly what it means and take all the necessary precautions. We ate wonderfully in a lovely place.

14/01/2026: We stayed four days at the end of August at the Bellavista Hotel. It is in a quiet location just a few meters from the town center, which is within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had two double rooms, both spacious, clean, and with a wonderful view of Lake Garda. We booked half-board. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, and the selection was extensive. We recommend the hotel to anyone looking to spend a few quiet days on the lake, away from the crowds, but still enjoying a beautiful view.

08/02/2026: A wonderful experience at this welcoming, family-run osteria. Excellent food with authentic flavors, beautifully paired. The beef braised in Barolo was amazing. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it. Fairly priced.
