16/03/2025: Uno de esos pequeños restaurantes locales en los que sueñas deambular. No teníamos expectativas, simplemente resultó ser al lado de donde nos alojamos, pero chico tuvimos suerte. Maravillosa comida, vino muy asequible, y un servicio increíble. De todos los lugares que comimos en Verona, este es uno de los dos a los que no dudaríamos en volver.

15/05/2025: Got a table spontaneously without having to wait! Service was friendly, fast, and attentive. The pizza with Camembert and zucchini was delicious. Next time I'll try the seafood salad, which looks incredibly delicious! The bruschetta was huge!! A great evening with delicious food, great value for money. I'd love to come back!!!

05/05/2025: We had a very nice evening at Cordonega. The service was very nice. The food came very quickly and was super tasty. As a starter we shared a bruschetta. For the main course we both had pizza (Italiana and Contadina) Everything was very hot. We received two small cakes on the house with the espresso. The restaurant is highly recommended!

All the dishes were excellent: the polenta with mushrooms and cheese was superb, the pasta with white ragù and truffle really tasty, and the pear and chocolate cake was really worth it. Unbeatable value for money. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

01/06/2025: A beautiful, very clean hotel with a prime location directly on Lake Garda. The service and dinner (half board) were very good. Breakfast was a bit lacking, but it was absolutely sufficient. I felt very comfortable in my single room. The friendliness of the staff at the reception and in the restaurant is particularly noteworthy.

BREAKFAST: my every request and whim was fulfilled, the raw materials were fresh and sought after and carefully selected and explained (every morning different and fresh cold cuts and cheeses) LUNCH: Lunch with a fixed menu with prices from €10 to €15, good first courses, mouth-watering second courses APERITIF: the wine selection is very carefully selected, from sparkling wines to reds, with always different and never predictable appetizers. DINNER: The dinner menu becomes more complete and always carefully prepared, I tried the Uruguayan tagliata and it melted in the mouth, the carne salada was very fresh and abundant ROOMS: Moving on to the overnight stay, the rooms are recent, modern, functional, clean, well-kept and comfortable The management is really attentive and kind, they satisfied all my whims and needs punctually and discreetly, the kindness and professionalism at high levels. If you have an eye for dogs, there is a sweet Golden Retriever that rarely pops up.

26/05/2025: Food was amazing (gnocchi especially definitely get that with the truffle if you can). Atmosphere? Talk about out of this WORLD, we’re on the street eating yummy italian food, AND the service ALSO amazing because they let me take my wine bottle home, overall 10/10

14/05/2025: As already mentioned, you can only choose between fish, meat, and vegetarian menus. We had fish and meat. The white wine, initially a bit too bitter, paired very well with the dishes. All the dishes were very good, although the pasta was perhaps a bit too old for the Central European palate. But beware: Only for experienced eaters! If you're not hungry, you shouldn't venture into this territory; it would be a shame to miss out on the delicious food. 😉 Conclusion: Not cheap, but molto buono!

13/05/2025: the restaurant offers a choice of 3 menus, meat, fish and vegetable; it is not really a tasting menu but 5 dishes based on meat and cold cuts without a well-defined logical thread. Some dishes offer good products, others less so, making the quality-price ratio satisfactory, perhaps I would pay a little more to eat a little better.
