21/07/2026: Nice clean rooms and a very friendly staff. They even made me a small cake for my birthday without being asked. 🤗 We enjoyed the good breakfast buffet and the nice pool area every day. The hotel is located a 10-15 min walk from Peschiera center. A nice cosy walk along the river. There are some bathing spots and a beach nearby too, if you want to swim in the lake. We also had a tasty dinner on the hotel roof terrace, with a very beautiful view of the lake, mountains and sunset. We will definitely come back.

10/06/2026: We ate dinner here. Its ok but nothing special. What really surprised me was difference in price in italian and english menu.

08/07/2026: This restaurant is located in a quiet village in Grezzana, surrounded by hills and lush greenery. I ordered cappelletti with prosciutto dipped in roast beef and black truffle, followed by beef with sautéed spinach. I finished with a namelaka, a soft and flavorful cream. The dishes were exquisite, expertly prepared, the service was friendly and attentive, and the location was beautiful. My only complaint is the quantity. The portions would have been ideal, especially for dessert. For €8, you could get something more substantial. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend this restaurant.

27/06/2026: Anyone who says, or is of the opinion, that the food isn't good here is completely missing the point. Excellent, competent service, spectacular food with fantastic ingredients. An enviable wine selection. A quiet atmosphere. I would only recommend it to anyone in the area who wants to eat well. I have nothing more to add.

05/06/2026: Excellent pizza! We had two gluten-free pizzas, and they even added lactose-free mozzarella upon request :)) Really great, thank you so much for the wonderful offer. The menu clearly lists the available toppings for a gluten-free pizza right on the first page. There's an extra charge of €2.50 for gluten-free pizza and €1 for lactose-free mozzarella. The pizzas were very good. My family also really enjoyed the regular calzone, tagliatelle with salmon, and the Pizza Salomone.

22/02/2026: Today, a trip to the hills for Sunday lunch. Good food, solidarity, and hospitality at the "Cinque pani e due pesci" Inn. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful village of Soave, in the hilltop hamlet of Fittà, lies a wonderful establishment founded by Don Paolo Pasetto and the Multiforme Cooperative, which has been providing shelter and work to vulnerable people for years. On Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch, you can enjoy excellent dishes made with produce from their fields, cheeses from their Cascina Albaterra, and delicious homemade desserts, as well as wines from the Coffele estate. All at reasonable prices. An opportunity to offer your support and enjoy a delicious meal. Reservations recommended! Today, I enjoyed a Savoy cabbage tartlet with their goat cheese fondue, porcini mushroom and leek risotto, egg macaroni with farmyard ragù, sliced ​​steak, and an excellent brownie with warm raspberry jam. 08/08/2026: I have never eaten anything so bad in my entire life. The pizza dough was dry, tasteless, and far too thin. The toppings were bland. The pasta tasted only of garlic, even though it wasn't listed in the dish. We left the food and walked out. Communicating with the owner was pointless. The place is dirty, run-down, and has long since outlived even its former budget days. Stay away!

The accommodation was incredibly pleasant, and despite the lower number of rooms, the breakfast was rich, diverse, and truly hearty every single morning. The staff was very welcoming and kind. The location is absolutely perfect – a great base for trips to Lago di Garda as well as exploring nearby historical cities like Verona. Based on a wonderful recommendation from the owner, we also visited Mantua, which was a spectacular trip. The highlight of our stay was the evenings spent on the terrace, drinking delicious wine from their own production while enjoying the breathtaking views over the valley. A truly beautiful experience. We highly recommend this place!

27/07/2026: I stayed at this hotel again this year, and even though I've been coming here for over 35 years, I'm still amazed. It's like being at home with family, always available. Homemade food, clean rooms, and the staff and owners are always the same: the legendary Silvana, for us Silva, and our Gio and Adriana, but really everyone. A quiet hotel just steps from the sea, I couldn't think of anything better.

20/07/2026: We spent a few days at Hotel Franca, but it was enough to appreciate the kindness of the owners and all the staff, including the night porter. 😊 Immaculately clean rooms, authentic cuisine, availability to make changes when requested, all just steps from the sea. Excellent value for money.
