03/05/2026: Excellent agriturismo with nice vineyard views, calm and relaxing vibes, friendly staff and very clean rooms. As a note, we did not do any wine tour, we just had a couple of wines on the glass, all very good. Dinner at the restaurant is worthy and prices reasonable. As an improvement point and considering the price for the room, breakfast could get better; now is just a basic breakfast in my opinion. Bottom line, would definitely recommend it.

30/04/2026: A very charming and quaint place in the center of San Giorgio. Not very suitable for large groups. It seats about thirty people, some of which are housed in a former stable. Pleasant service. Good ingredients, excellently prepared and served. Special mention for the truly special goose prosciutto. The bill was slightly "unbalanced"... in my opinion, of course 😉. All in all, a positive experience that I will repeat.

I ordered egg pasta maccheroncini with white and green asparagus and crispy speck, followed by a sliced ​​chicken leg with couscous. A true explosion of flavors, delicious and delicately flavored, prepared with skill and professionalism. For dessert, I chose chocolate gnocchi with mascarpone cream—sublime. The service was attentive and friendly, and I also enjoyed the background music. This trattoria was a wonderful discovery. I will definitely return for an aperitivo with a charcuterie and cheese platter, accompanied by a good glass of wine.

10/06/2026: Superb setting with inside and outside seating areas. The service was professional and friendly, the staff helpful with our limited Italian. We were treated to a nice extra drink to begin, plentiful bread. The mains all round were super tasty and generous in serving size. To finish we were treated to a limoncello on the house!!

The bigoli with duck ragù and nettle ravioli were excellent. The grilled and sliced ​​meats were incredibly tender, and the kids polished them off. The staff were friendly and helpful. 09/05/2026: We recently dined at Capitel, and we have no complaints about the dining experience or the atmosphere. The food is excellent, the dishes are beautifully presented, and the rest of the staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant is welcoming and maintains the expected standards. However, I have a rather serious complaint regarding one aspect that detracted from our lunch experience. We were served by a waitress whose appearance conveyed a lack of attention to personal hygiene. Beyond subjective aesthetic taste (specifically, the numerous tattoos, which I found decidedly unsightly and unbecoming of table service), what was most disturbing was the general feeling of unkemptness. Note to management: In a sector like the restaurant industry, where contact with food and customers is constant, visible hygiene is as essential as that in the kitchen. This is a real shame, because everything else deserves top marks. We'll definitely return for the food, but we hope to see more attention to decor and cleanliness from the wait staff, as certain details risk ruining the appetite and the image of an otherwise excellent establishment.

13/06/2026: It was just perfect. We came with a 12-year-old and a 9-year-old and we all enjoyed it to the fullest. The show, the special atmosphere, the delicious meal that included vegetable soup, bread, a whole roasted chicken, potatoes, red wine/beer/Coca-Cola/water, and for dessert, apple strudel with vanilla ice cream. To our surprise, everything was very tasty. It is important to know that you eat everything with your hands. There is no knife and fork. Keep in mind that part of the thing is banging the plates on the table and making a lot of noise. Don't be scared. They brought earplugs for my little one. The kids can't stop talking about the experience.
08/06/2026: A lovely restaurant with a medieval reenactment outside Movieland. You book dinner and pay at the castle counter before entering. It's a fixed menu, and you eat with your hands. Beware of the VIP seats, which only cost more but aren't worth anything. The view from the second row is terrible. The food is decent, but the drinks seem watered down.

25/06/2026: I dined here with my girlfriend for her birthday. The food was excellent, combining authentic tradition with quality and a desire for innovation. The waiters were incredibly helpful and attentive. The wine selection was excellent. All under the watchful eye of Chef Salvatore Iazzetta, a true rising star of Neapolitan cuisine!
06/05/2026: Sunday lunch with a five-course tasting menu. Our request to include an iconic dish by chef Salvatore Iazzetta, "military pasta with king crab," was immediately granted. Service was quick and courteous, although we were initially overlooked, giving priority to a table of six who arrived after us. We began with lobster rolls, artichoke stuffed with pork meatballs, ricotta parfait, grilled sea bass with grilled vegetables, and a sweet finish with a shortcrust pastry tart filled with lemon and cream. This is the menu description, but the true essence of the dishes is simplicity. Research and technique are used to enhance, not to show off. It's not easy to be perfect when doing simple things, but only seemingly so. Salvatore succeeded; he cooked with dedication and attention, and his dishes reflect the generosity, education, and humility of a chef who strives to grow and improve. One dish above all is "military pasta." Well done, everyone! A complimentary artisanal liqueur and small pastries are also available.
