15/03/2026: The food selection is a bit unique, not suitable for every tourist. On the plus side, the wine is good and the service is fast. However, the interior is a bit gloomy, and the smell of cooking is strong.

15/03/2026: A small but authentic place. There's no real menu; you eat what the chef suggests: various appetizers, a trio of first courses, second courses, and, to finish, a spectacular tiramisu. All in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. Definitely a place like few others these days. Highly recommended for those who appreciate authentic places and people.

19/01/2026: A truly excellent cappuccino. The woman at the counter was kind, helpful, and very cheerful. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a stop.

07/04/2026: A beautiful little place in the historic center, with excellent quality products for both a snack and a drink. The only major drawback is the price. It's truly absurd to order platters of cold cuts, which for that price means you're getting a kilo of product instead of three slices. The drinks are ridiculously expensive, so avoid them because they're decently made. The only exception is the spritz, which is good. Bottles of wine and beer are unfortunately priced at about average prices, still high, but average. It's definitely worth a visit for the live music evenings and the friendly owners.

02/04/2026: A really cool bar, and probably the only one in Garda if you're looking for music and a special atmosphere. You can even request songs. The setting is particularly noteworthy. Sometimes you have to wait for a table.

14/10/2025: Stayed here for a week. Perfect location and loved Malcesine. Staff from reception to restaurant all very friendly and helpful. The rooms as others mentioned are basic which was fine for us. Our room felt a bit cramped and shower cubicle was tiny. Rooms are super clean 👍, though some TLC is needed with decor and furniture. Great view from the balcony, spoilt by having noisy Aircon unit and pipes sat on the floor next to the table and some issue with a leaking pipe that seemed to have a towel wrapped around it. Ate in the restaurant twice, food was ok but nothing amazing, lack of atmosphere in the back room where we got put twice despite reserving a table in the front part. Preferred more interesting eats out in Malcesine. Breakfasts really good and lots of choice.

13/04/2026: Honestly, nothing to say! Amazing experience! From the very beginning, you're completely immersed in the world of the Middle Ages! A super immersive experience! We went with our 4-year-old son, who's obsessed with knights, and needless to say, he loved it! From the start, between the decor, the atmosphere, and the fact that you eat with your hands, I think it's fantastic, plus unlimited alcohol (beer, wine, etc.). One small drawback: we were in a VIP Kings table, which I don't think is as well located as the other tables, but we loved it! The show is incredibly well thought out, with lots of action. Admittedly, the sound isn't great, but you don't need to be a genius to understand that it's knights fighting for a princess, lol. In short, a must-do experience because it's unique! Bravo and thank you to the Blue Knight who was fantastic! 👌

13/04/2026: A fantastic show! The meal will appeal to most people. However, the waiters... Not a smile, not pleasant at all; when you ask for more water, they practically sigh... It's a shame, it spoils the experience. Otherwise, it's a great dinner show; the children and adults loved it.

13/04/2026: I recently ate at this inn! The staff was very friendly, the food was good, although the crostini were a bit overpriced for the quality! The only negative was the smell I noticed in the basement room the day I visited.

09/04/2026: We visited for the first time in early March, and returned last Saturday especially from Bergamo. A truly charming and unique restaurant, with delicious and delicious food. Vittorio's hospitality and empathy make this place even more special. He was very attentive to us and made our experience unforgettable both times. We will definitely be back because it has become our favorite place.

Melania's warm and gentle welcome, combined with Mamma Antonella's love of cooking, make the inn a truly warm and welcoming home. I felt at ease from the first moment. Melania is attentive to everything, ready to satisfy every need. The rooms are clean and meticulously cared for, the food traditional and authentic, and the breakfast fantastic (Antonella's cakes are top-notch). A peaceful place that's good for the soul. I highly recommend trying it once in a lifetime, whether you're traveling for work or just want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city to relax and enjoy the greenery of the Po Valley, pampered by Melania. It's also a great option for those who want to discover the world of Valpolicella. Thank you, Melania, for welcoming me with your love and making my stay so much easier. 21/02/2026: I stayed at the Locanda for a four-month business trip... Melania and her mother are always available to accommodate every request and need with care, courtesy, attention, and affection. 31/03/2026: We arrived around 10:00 PM, hoping they'd still serve food and almost feeling guilty about the late arrival. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming us with a menu and giving us plenty of time to decide. We ordered two pizzas with Neapolitan dough (because we'd read reviews that it was highly recommended), and the pizzas were simply delicious! We were so satisfied that I think we'll return to Tregnago just to try their Neapolitan dough pizza again.
