22/08/2024: Let's start with the end, the tiramisu is excellent. The tortelli with truffle and the one with ricotta spinach were also very tasty. The antipasti are an absolute must, really really good. We had a bottle of Custoza with our meal, which was also good. The waitress, the owner's niece, is quick, friendly and very accommodating and speaks English very well. A really good place outside of the hustle and bustle.

29/06/2024: It has been a disappointing experience unfortunately. The Antipasto Misto was excellent. We were undecided on what to choose as a main course. When asked, the waiter indicated that the steak would be a thick one, which suggests it to be a decent beef fillet. However it turned out not to be a beef fillet but some kind of scotch fillet. We asked them to be medium rare. One was medium and the other welldone. We've asked to have this corrected and we received a rare steak which was not of great quality. The potatoes had clearly been in the microwave as well as the spinach. The tiramisu dessert was not that great either. It was a bit bland. The waiter was in a constant hurry and didn't take the time to listen properly, forgot to bring steak knives and a few more mishaps. The garden setting was quite nice though. We might just have been unlucky because the other reviews are quite good. But we won't be coming back.

02/09/2024: 15 minutes from the Arena, this warmly welcoming restaurant offers an air-conditioned interior space or a terrace. The dishes offered on the menu are excellent. Fine and delicious preparation. The Vitelo Tonato and the Tiramisu seduced me. Fast and discreet service. We come there on foot because we are in the city center with traffic and parking restrictions.

02/09/2024: I had very high expectations towards this place but unfortunately was disappointed. As a vegetarian the choices were limited which is understandable but the dishes weren't rich in flavour either. Excellent service and nice atmosphere though.

18/08/2024: Orario lunghissimo e buon servizio. Le portate sono varie ma tutte di qualità. Abbiamo mangiato risotto all'amarone più altre portate e i loro Spritz come bevande

16/08/2024: The food was delicious! We started with bufala mozzarella and tomatoes with focaccia and went on to have spaghetti vongole (I think the best one yet) and spaghetti carbonara. We highly recommend! The staff is attentive, helpful, kind and very friendly! To top it off the interior is thought out and super cool! Also we loved that there were fans inside to actually enjoy your food without it being too hot.

29/08/2024: Service and food great as always. I love the delicious mussels pepata, I always look forward to it weeks in advance. It would be great if there was gluten-free bread, but I bring some myself.

26/08/2024: Every year... a great restaurant with incredibly delicious food. Service staff super friendly, attentive and quick. Very nice to families with children. We'll be back

02/08/2024: I would like to make an observation if anyone has been to eat in this place...... In 2023 because they keep repeating the same review in a negative way, more than a year has passed........ Change place. ...... Nobody stops you to take advantage of their service. You change places and the people who want to try...... They go without problems..... The money is in our wallet and no one forces us..... We eat in the places we want...... Is it possible that we are all bullies..... And we don't look at how tiring the jobs are....... With all the people who work..... Let's wake up. And we respect those who get up every day to work with so much hope....... Good night.......

02/08/2024: 8 March 2023 Women's Day. Unfortunately I have to warn the kind customers of this decline in style and education towards customers, of this place, which I would never have expected, "I was wrong and I apologize to the customers of the previous review". On March 8th, Women's Day, as you will notice from the receipt attached in the photo, unfortunately there was the young owner in the room, where she collected the order and as per the written photos I asked her not to put the two portions of fried potatoes and the two portions of grilled vegetables, because I only wanted to taste the fish. When we get to the checkout unfortunately the young owner is always there and I ask her to give me the bill, when I see the receipt it is not for the value of €5.00 but I ask her to justify why instead of charging me €35.00 as per the price list or perhaps less since she has removed some things that are both on the list, both the chips and the grilled vegetables, she replies that she has added some fish worth €5 and I ask her but just add what you think to add and not take away what you took away, she replies that the fries and grilled vegetables are free, so I tell her, if I come here and order the fries from the menu and the grilled vegetables from the menu I won't pay for them nothing, I only pay for the drink, that's how it is... at that point she loses her temper, and to a customer who in 6 months has sent her friends and we've been there about 15 times (she replies to me in a loud voice that they've also heard the other tables that were in the place, "You are a B......!". So in addition to being made fun of, I also got some B......, (this is the Young Owner). Be careful because when speaking with another couple who ordered a portion of Ascoli olives at €6 on the list price, they also asked the young lady first how many Ascoli olives would arrive with a portion, and she was told 8 olives per portion. ascolana, when she went to pay they found on the receipt instead of €6 for ascolana olives but €12 for ascolana olives as if they had eaten two portions. Before leaving we had a chat with the owner (the mother) about the wrong behavior of a restaurateur (La Figlia), especially the one who has the closest contact with the customers, and she replied, thank you for letting me know about certain things that I would never know, I replied to him, I really hope with my heart that he doesn't destroy all the work you have done with the sacrifice made by you and your husband, because you are two exceptional people, and you are very good at your work, it cannot be said that in this place the food is bad and there aren't fantastic and fantastic staff, but I wouldn't want a bad apple to ruin everything you have done in your life.....!!! !! WE WOULD HAVE EXPECTED AT LEAST AN APOLOGY FROM THE OWNER (Mother & OWNER) INSTEAD HE CALLED TO ASK US HOW WE DARE TO LEAVE A REVIEW LIKE THIS, ARGUING, CALLING ME DRUNK, THE STRANGEST THING IS THAT I DON'T DRINK WINE AND I DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL AND I DON'T SMOKE, not even the small glass of limoncello offered at the counter at the time of payment. SOMETIMES WE WONDER HOW CERTAIN PEOPLE RUN A PIZZERIA RESTAURANT.

19/07/2024: A beautiful four star hotel next to lake Garda and near the.entrance to Garda Old Town. Two minutes from the bus and coach station and a 10/15 minutes walk the the ferry jetty with regular ferry service to all of the wonderful lakeside towns. The hotel is well appointed with spacious well maintained rooms. Great breakfasts and fine dining and very friendly, polite and efficient staff.

03/08/2024: Per il mio compleanno abbiamo scelto questo ristorante molto noto e storico in Valpolicella, io mia moglie ed il nostro barboncino Tito. Abbiamo prenotato, e ci è stato riservato un posto speciale per permettere a Tito di stare tranquillo mentre noi cenavamo. Non tutti i ristoranti ti favoriscono quando porti un animale con te, ma qui davvero c’è stata una accoglienza eccezionale. Ci hanno accolto magnificamente e solo chi ama gli animali come noi può farlo. La cena è stata magnifica, a base di pesce: carpaccio di pesce spada su letto di pesca , tris di carpaccio tonno ,spada e salmone ,frittura mista: il tutto accompagnato da insalata mista freschissima e Prosecco. A coronare il tutto un dolce buonissimo ; una zuppa Inglese fatta in casa che ci ha lasciati davvero sorpresi. La nostra cena è stata ottima ed il tutto coronato da un servizio ed accoglienza meravigliosi. Assolutamente da consigliare, in modo particolare a chi ha un animale in compagnia. Bravissimi.

07/08/2024: A place that makes good Italian home cooking. Established since 1935. Wide selection of food that is weighed and paid for. Very affordable and good food. I myself am a fan of pasta bolognese and it tasted good. A place behind the bridge from the old town.

06/08/2024: Great restaurant with a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. The dishes are excellent and the service very efficient. Sometimes you have to wait a bit to get a table, but the wait is worth it.

05/08/2024: Perfect pizza, not the best we ate during the trip. Good aperol spritz though. Nice view and nice staff.

07/08/2024: A beautiful experience. We had dinner on Monday 08/05/24 and were very happy. Very beautiful, particular location, surrounded by greenery... a combination of elegance and simplicity, which makes the experience even more unforgettable. As for the service, pleasant, very attentive, professional and non-intrusive. The "short but intense" menu, a selection of dishes that is not too vast, but which meets the tastes of all diners from starters to desserts, accompanied by a wine cellar where you can perceive the research and tradition that want to remain as points of strength of the restaurant. As for the bill, we found it fair for the dishes we ordered and the service offered. Congratulations indeed, we will definitely be back.

27/07/2024: The food is really mini portions. This is supposed to be a posh restaurant in the middle of the tourist mile surrounded by cheap holiday junk shops. But the staff was very friendly. You can easily lose 100-250€ here. In my opinion, a bit of a tourist rip-off. €4 per person just for the cover?! Afterwards we went somewhere else to get something to eat to fill us up 🤣 and during the meal a huge chunk of plaster fell from a roof onto the table. If it had fallen on the head, it would have ended in the hospital. Please be careful here!

26/07/2024: Ome of the very best restaurants in northern Italy. Deserves at least one Michelin star. Beautifully presented crudo was as fresh as it could be. The truffle risotto was sublime. Wonderful service in a very attractive dining room. Reasonable prices, too. Bravo!
