11/01/2026: Well, I have to say the food is truly excellent. High-quality ingredients. Good wine list and excellent cured meats (something rare these days. It seems obvious, but it isn't). Unfortunately, I have to give it a slightly lower rating because I was served the appetizer after the main course. And the ambiance is a bit too modern for my taste. But that's a matter of taste. Let's say it's somewhere between 3 and 4 stars.

04/05/2026: A lovely restaurant with a large conservatory and a beautiful terrace among olive trees in the summer. The staff is very friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. For dessert, we highly recommend the tiramisu and the Torta della Nonna. We would definitely come back.
27/04/2026: We stopped because the restaurant was offering a "workers' lunch" for €14. Upon entering, we sat outside. When the waiter arrived, he brought us the à la carte menu. I asked if we could have the €14 menu, but was told it was only for those seated inside and not for those sitting outside, that is, 50 cm from our table but not on the veranda. We ordered two first courses, a bottle of sparkling water, and two coffees. Total €37.
Ask first because they vary the menu and prices based on where you sit, but they don't tell you before you sit down. This is the first time this has happened to us in 50 years.

30/04/2026: I've been coming here for several years and have seen the natural changes. To sum it up, I can say that the quality is evident in everything: the wine, the water, the ingredients, the atmosphere. In other words, you eat and feel "simply" GOOD!

14/03/2026: Thank you for great service and tasty fish dishes. Everything was explained about ingredients. Was very cosy to sit inside behind the glass during the rain. We had salmon, fried sea food mix, risotto, different salads, perch, drinks, cocktails, coffees. Coated around 130 EUR for 5 people. There were not many people when we came but later nearly all tables were occupied even if it is not a season yet.

02/04/2026: We ended up there quite by chance! What can I say, it was simply fantastic! We got a table immediately, and the food and drinks were excellent! The ambiance is something special, just like the food! We had the Amarone risotto, some Iberico pork, and a medium-rare steak! Everything was perfect!
01/04/2026: Great food, great prices, and an even better atmosphere! It’s refreshing to find a place in the city center that doesn't charge tourist prices. The service was excellent and the vibe was the highlight of our evening. Definitely recommend for a delicious, fairly priced meal in Verona. 😎

27/03/2026: The pizza is fantastic, but what makes this place truly special is the staff and the owner. Everyone is super kind, attentive, and always smiling—you can tell they truly care about their customers.
The owner is incredible: welcoming, helpful, and passionate about his work. He makes you feel not just like a customer, but like an important guest. It's rare to find such a sincere and warm atmosphere.
We celebrated my friends' 11th wedding anniversary here, and everything was perfect—also thanks to this wonderful atmosphere.
Places like this are unforgettable. I'll definitely be back!

11/04/2026: Let's start from the end. At the end of the dinner at 11pm we found ourselves with 7 waiters staring at us so they could close up and leave. The strawberries were tasteless, red but not ripe. We ordered the raw and cooked fish boat with a quality of fish that was not the best and the spider crab was always present and tasteless. The lobsters were still leaking water from the fridge. The price paid was double what I expected. A place for tourists. The only thing that saves this place is the enchanting view of the lake.
10/04/2026: Very tasty and reasonably priced pizza. Great view of Lake Garda, as you can sit right there and enjoy the view. All the waiters were incredibly friendly.

04/11/2025: Lovely meal at Trattoria all Colonna. Very important to book in the evening but we managed to eat without a reservation on Tuesday at lunchtime.
Typical local well cooked food from an osteria. Lovely beef carpaccio, followed by penne a la casa which was full of flavour very tasty indeed. All washed down with a beautiful local Veronese red beer - superb! You can get wines by the glass as well.
Big thanks also to the kind staff and young man who helped get back an important pink bag full of insulin for my type 1 diabetic fiancé - grazie mille!!
