24/05/2025: Sono state a Venezia per quattro giorni e la migliore cena l’ho fatta qui. Piatti típici dai gusti ben equilibrati. Baccalà mantecato e fegato alla Veneziana: ottimi! Porzioni generose. Servizio rapido. Zona tranquilla, atmosfera piacevole, camerieri attentissimi e gestore gentilissimo. Ho provato anche lo “sgroppino” (spero scriverlo correttamente). Da ripetere assolutamente. Prezzo perfetto.

12/06/2025: Arrived late in Venice and the staff were kind enough to keep the kitchen open for us to have dinner. We had a thoroughly enjoyable meal, the staff were really friendly and we’d happily eat here again.

03/06/2025: I intend this review to be taken as constructive criticism. A very nice place, next to La Fenice, where you can have a drink before the show. The customer service is terrible. There was a new waiter, who was having a really bad time. I don't think he had much help and no one had explained anything to him. They treated us like tourists, just to collect our money for terrible service. We waited 25 minutes for a cocktail and couldn't eat anything because they didn't serve us well. In total, we waited 45 minutes. Basically, they ignored us, even though the restaurant was practically empty at that time. When it was time to pay, we tried to tell them we hadn't eaten, and the bartender (who came very quickly to collect the money) just said, "Yes, yes, ma'am, yes, it's €28, yes, yes, €28"… completely ignoring us, and with terrible treatment and manner of addressing us, a shame. Venice is a city that thrives on tourism, and everyone can have a bad day, but you have to treat customers with a minimum of politeness and professionalism, and not treat them solely to make money, thinking another tourist will come later. That's what makes places die of success. I don't usually write negative reviews of places, but I really felt bad there. I think the beautiful place could be managed differently. Thankfully, when I entered the Opera House and saw the beauty of the theater and the performance, I forgot everything else. Good luck.

14/05/2025: Tried it for lunch today, complete menu to choose from three options, changes daily, I chose a first course of tortelloni stracchino and speck with cherry tomatoes on top which turned out to be very tasty, a second course of stew with potatoes rewarded by the mopping up of the meat, a mixed salad, sparkling water and coffee at the end, all for 15 euros and I must say it's worth it.

09/04/2025: After booking the table and sitting down, we were left to our own devices. After waiting long enough to order, they forgot to bring us the bread and breadsticks (which we requested almost a quarter of an hour after ordering). Two of us ordered the pizza, two gnocchi, two the fried fish and a melted cheese with mushrooms and polenta. 20 minutes after ordering, the pizzas arrived... all in all quite good... Fortunately, those who ate the pizza didn't wait for the others to eat otherwise they would have eaten them cold because after several reminders and after more than 40 minutes of waiting, they told us... five minutes and we'll bring you the other dishes! (And that if we wanted to eat everything together we all had to order pizza) In the meantime, a table of young athletes enters, who after 10 minutes found themselves with a plate of pasta before their eyes (and us hungry). Upon yet another request and after more than 50 minutes of waiting, the GNOCCHI arrived!! Next, the famous fried dishes, one without polenta and one with a beautiful fried fusilli in the middle (I attach photos)! Meanwhile the last hungry boy waited for his melted cheese with polenta and mushrooms which he practically ate out of hunger without even knowing what it tasted like. Pointing out that there was no polenta in the frying, they brought 3 portions (quite good). In order to avoid further waiting for coffee and desserts, we got up and headed to the cashier, where, having pointed out the various problems that had occurred during lunch, they apologized and gave us a 5 euro discount! (And offered the bitters which we declined as we were all teetotallers and quite annoyed). We must thank one of the three waitresses for her patience and understanding towards us.

10/05/2025: Friendly staff and fast service. Unfortunately not organized to accommodate children. The place is not large and there was no room for wheelchairs. Che abbiamo dovuto lasciare fuori alla pioggia. Pesce e pizze buone e particolari.

08/04/2025: Ottima trattoria in posizione strategica per chi visita anche il Museo del Vetro, situato proprio di fronte, dall’altra parte del canale. Ottimi piatti di pesce, curati, con accostamenti innovativi (cenere di olive, aglio nero, ecc.) ma mantenendo comunque la tradizione del luogo. Personale molto gentile. Prezzi onesti: due primi di pesce, due contorni, acqua e due caffè per 59 euro. Segnalo il dehors, adornato da bellissimi globi di vetro colorato, che fanno ricordare che siamo a Murano, città del vetro per eccellenza.

30/03/2025: siamo andati a cena durante un breve soggiorno a Murano. Ci siamo trovati molto bene per cui siamo tornati la sera dopo. Piatti di pesce ottimi, sia i primi che i secondi, cucinati proprio in modo impeccabile, personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima scelta di vini, prezzi contenuti per la qualità del servizio

26/05/2025: I went there last week and everything was great, especially a guy who served me, very smiling and kind. After a week I go back and I am served with 4 sandwiches. I am blonde and my red friend finds a black hair and I bring back 2 and a half sandwiches to the cashier. So far so good, it can happen. The blonde lady sees me bring them back and comes over and says "is there something wrong?" Initially not wanting to say anything to her, I smile in a friendly way and tell her that we found a hair and she, very annoyed, asks me where it is and I show it to her. She, very annoyed, continues to pretend not to see it and not to be able to "catch it" making me look like an idiot at the cashier even though there were no customers but only a table of foreigners. In that one, in the end, she manages to cut the piece of ham in front of my eyes and throw it away, continuing to say to me "where is it, where is it?!!!!". I smiled and said that she was doing nothing and that I didn't want anything in return because I had to go, I turned to go and she yelled something offensive at me but I didn't hear clearly enough to argue, when I turned around I saw the foreigners looking at me with their mouths open... so obviously they understood the dynamics but thinking that I was in the wrong. Summary: the old turkey ham with lumps, black hair and a very rude lady; she could have been the owner but that's not how you behave. I felt nauseous the whole following evening. Madam, if you can't see, put on your glasses

11/05/2025: Bagni Internazionale for us is much more than a bathing establishment, it is a family where you feel welcomed by kind people in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The dishes are simple and tasty, the place is clean and well-kept. I highly recommend it, even in the low season to enjoy excellent food by the sea.
