04/05/2026: This evening, after a long time, I went to Al Gabbiano Terrace...on the upper floor of the restaurant. In my opinion, one of the most beautiful seafront locations in Bibione. A relaxing and well-kept atmosphere with a stunning view of the beach. We ordered two rum-based cocktails of his choice from the bartender Gianluca, and the result exceeded our expectations. I'll start by saying that it had been a long time since I'd seen a bartender so skilled at handling spirits, and I can still taste the taste in my mouth of what he offered us. SPECIAL. Truly pleasant service from the waitress Fiore, a young waitress with a smile, pleasant and not intrusive. She kept us company, chatting and joking with us a bit, and we really appreciated it.
