24/06/2024: Wir waren am ersten Abend in Venedig im Ristorante Carpaccio essen und waren sehr begeistert. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und die Küche war hervorragend. Wir waren noch ein zweites Mal dort und wurden nicht enttäuscht!

18/06/2024: Un bel ristorante su un canale prossimo al mare a pochi metri dalla fermata del vaporetto dell'Arsenale. Ci siamo stati più volte nel tempo, si conferma sempre di buon livello. Cucina tipicamente veneta di qualità, si consigliano i risotti (solo per due). Personale gentile.

20/06/2024: Stop for a short snack. Both the sandwiches and the fried foods such as mozzarella and meatballs are good. The combination with the wine and the advice of the managers is good. It was a calm moment so clearly quick and simple service.

06/06/2024: Visited for lunch: the tables are too close together, you eat lunch in the company of the one sitting next to you on another table. The food is nothing special: the pasta with pesto seems to be pre-cooked. (1 toast + 1 mozzarella in carrozza + 1 meatball + 1/2 water = 14 euros) It wasn't a good lunch break for me!

15/08/2024: Very good pizzas, the kitchen also offers good dishes, but unfortunately not sized to provide an adequate service for the volume of customers, the wait is very long... You even wait an hour and a half for a fry. Confusing service... I'm sorry to give this assessment, because the environment is welcoming... But the whole organization of the work needs to be reviewed.

03/07/2024: Excellent restaurant where you can eat well for the right amount. Very large environment. For lunch they have a fixed menu for 13.00 euros. I recommend coming to eat here.

23/08/2024: Mou nos atendió de manera súper agradable y para mi opinión la pasta súper casera. He estado en casi toda Italia y aunque el precio es un poco alto la comida me da la sensación que es muy casera

21/08/2024: We found this cosy place accidentally. The food was delicious, we ordered fish, salad and pizza. Everything was above our expectations. In the end we were treated with cookies and wine. Thank you so much Mou for your kind hospitality, fantastic food and advice on finding the ferry to San Lazaro island! Will highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

11/08/2024: “Alfa Soul” is definitely one of the best places. Cozy atmosphere, nice music, friendly people and reasonable prices. This is a perfect combination 😀 Highly recommended!

28/07/2024: For a Michelin-star restaurant, this was incredibly disappointing. We were guests in the hotel, asked for a reservation for 8:30p and were told “no, 8:15p.” Normally, not a problem… except there was only one entire table occupied at the restaurant when we arrived. After dining here, I now know why the tables were empty. Where do I start? - €10 cover charge per person to “cover things like table linens and silverware.” The bill was €300+, so this coperto was greedy and excessive - food was incredibly small portions and bland. - waitstaff had no clue what was on the plates. Had to ask the head waiter to ask which seat got which dish and explain what was in the dish (lol) - the waitstaff was TOO helpful. Hovered over us and kept asking what we wanted to order. Checked in every few minutes to ask how things were going, at times interrupting our conversation. - wine pours were small, and glasses of wine were excessively priced - the bill was wrong: we got charged an extra coperto / cover charge. Took THREE times for the waitstaff to get the updated math right on the bill - €9 for a bottle of still water? What in the actual… DO NOT go here. It was our worst dining experience in Italy (and one of the most expensive). Incredibly disappointing. I’m shocked this place is still open and doing business. The Michelin guide got this one wrong

19/07/2024: Came here for lunch and the experience was universally lovely - great cocktails, incredible food (in particular the pomodoro pasta was such a perfect iteration - Al dente and really fresh). But what made this place so special was the service. Luca in particular was such a great host- really attentive, great sense of humour, and incredibly kind and wanting to ensure we had a great experience. 10/10 would visit again, especially for the service!

28/07/2024: Located just outside of the busy part of Venice, perfect reachable by watertaxi or vaporetto you'll find this fantastic hotel with a great history and a fantastic staff. Great value for money!

05/07/2024: Regarding the restaurant There were 16 of us, the service was perfect, friendly and warm, the food was very varied! The magnificent view on the large terrace overlooking the Venice Lagoon! Well done !!
